Indonesia merupakan salah satu tujuan wisata dunia dimana Indonesia terdapat peninggalan sejarah dan kekayaan alam yang indah. Salah satu kota yang dikunjungi adalah kota Yogyakarta. Karena alasan tersebut, saat ini banyak banyak dibangun hotel dan apartemen di Yogyakarta. Salah satu pembangunan tersebut dilakukan oleh PT. Saraswanti indoland development. PT. Saraswanti indoland development mulai merintis sebuah hunian yang dapat dijadikan sumber investasi sekaligus hunian yang nyaman yaitu condotel mataram city dan dilengkapi dengan ballroom yang struktur atapnya di desain dengan struktur kuda-kuda baja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan struktur kuda-kuda yang optimal dan efisien Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode LRFD kemudian di analisa menggunakan program SAP untuk mengetahui kekuatan struktur kuda-kuda. Dari hasil analisa penampang profil kuda-kuda dan konfigurasi kuda-kuda, mempengaruhi kekuatan struktur kuda-kuda.

The aims of this study is to determine the structural strength of the truss were optimal and efficient. The methodology used in this research is LRFD methods then analyzed using SAP software to determine the strength of truss structuress Analysis of the results truss section profil and truss configuration, affect the strength of truss structures.
