Risalah Rapat Sidang Paripurna merupakan catatan rapat Sidang Paripurna yang harus dibuat sebagai arsip, dokumen, dan sebagai pengingat anggota dewan. Rapat Sidang Paripurna dapat diketahui putusan-putusan apa saja yang dihasilkan Pemerintah Daerah untuk mengurus Otonomi Daerah, dan setiap Rapat Sidang Paripurna harus dibuat Risalah. Praktik Kerja Lapangan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami sistem kerja pada Kantor Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Klaten, untuk mengetahui bagaimana Proses Mekanisme Penyusunan Risalah Rapat Sidang Paripurna DPRD Kabupaten Klaten. Manfaat yang dapat diambil selama mengikuti Praktik Kerja Lapangan adalah pengalaman secara nyata sebagai calon pekerja yang profesional baik dari segi formal maupun material. Proses Penyusunan Risalah Rapat Sidang Paripurna disusun oleh Sub bagian Risalah dan Persidangan. Risalah Rapat Sidang Paripurna memuat seluruh jalannya rapat sampai diputusnya masalah yang dibahas dalam Rapat Sidang Paripurna.
