Laporan Tugas Akhir berjudul Proses Pengajuan Nama Untuk Perseroan Terbatas ditulis agar penulis mengetahui dan memahami proses proses pendirian PT terutama dalam tahap-tahap proses pengajuan nama untuk perseroan terbatas, disamping itu juga masyarakat yang membaca dapat mengerti sedikit proses pendirian PT. Bagi penulis tujuan dilaksanakan Praktik Lapangan adalah untuk menambah pengalaman, dimana penulis sebagai calon profesional harus mengetahui secara langsung seluk beluk pekerjaan yang nantinya akan penulis gunakan setelah menghadapi dunia kerja. Jadi selain dibekali teori teori selama perkuliahan penulis juga diberi kesempatan untuk mengaplikasikan secara langsung ilmu ilmu yang dipelajari. PT merupakan perusahaan yang oleh undang-undang dinyatakan sebagai perusahaan yang berbadan hukum.Dengan status yang demikian itu, PT menjadi subyek hukum yang menjadi pendukung hak dan kewajiban, sebagai badan hukum.
