Hubungan antara persepsi atas kinerja staf akademik dan kepuasan kerja praktek klinik mahasiswa dengan pola perilaku kerja mahasiswa

Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Gadjah Mada memperoleh. pengetahuan kesehatan gigi tidak hanya melalui kuliah saja tetapi lebih ditekankan pada penerapan pengetaltuan dalam bentuk ketrampilan profesi atau praktikum, yang dilaksanakan secara periodik di poliklinik gigi FKG UGM. Persepsi mahasiswa atas kinerja staf akademik merupakan hasil pengukuran persepsi mahasiswa koas terhadap kinerja staf akademik yang melakukan pembimbingan praktikum klinik. Kepuasan kerja praktek klinik mahasiswa adalah suatu sikap positif dari seorang mahasiswa terhadap tugas praktikumnya secara keseluruhan, yang terbentuk sebagai hasil interaksi antara faktor-faktor yang ada pada mahasiswa dengan faktor-faktor yang ada pada kegiatan praktikum klinik di poliklinik gigi FKG UGM. Pola perilaku kerja mahasiswa adalah perilaku mahasiswa dalam rangka pelaksanaan tugas-tugas praktikum klinik yang tercermin dari sikap, motivasi dan stres dalam pembelajaran klinik. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena praktek klinik merupakan penerapan yang komprehensif dari pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap. Pola perilaku kerja mahasiswa dalam praktek klinik kemungkinan akan sama dengan pola perilaku pada praktek klinik di masyarakat setelah mahasiswa tersebut lulus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan antara persepsi mahasiswa atas kinerja staf akademik dan kepuasan kerja praktek klinik mahasiswa tingkat profesi dengan pola perilaku kerja mahasiswa FKG UGM. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan rancangan penelitian cross-sectional. Besar sampel adalah 107. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling. Pengukuran variabel penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dan dilanjutkan reduksi bertahap untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek variabel penelitian yang dominan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa atas kinerja staf akademiknya termasuk dalam lcriteria sedang, kepuasan kerja praktek klinik mahasiswa termasuk puas, dan pola perilaku kerja mahasiswa cenderung baik, yaitu sikap terhadap praktek klinik sangat baik, motivasi kerja praktek klinik sangat tinggi dan stres dalam praktek klinik tingkat sedang. Ada hubungan antara persepsi mahasiswa atas kinerja staf akademik, kepuasan kerja praktek klinik mahasiswa, dan pola perilaku kerja mahasiswa. Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi mahasiswa atas kinerja staf akademik dengan kepuasan kerja praktek klinik mahasiswa. Semakin baik persepsi mahasiswa atas kinerja staf akademik semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja praktek klinik mahasiswa. Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kepuasan kerja praktek klinik mahasiswa dengan pola perilaku kerja mahasiswa. Semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja praktek klinik mahasiswa semakin tinggi pula perilaku mahasiswa tersebut.

The students of the Faculty of Dentistry obtained knowledge of dental health not only from lectures but also from exercises to improve professional skill, stressing on the application of knowledge, conducted periodically at the dental clinic of the Faculty of Dentistry Gadjah Mada University. Student perception on the academic staff performance was assumed to be the result of the assessment of the profession student on the academic staff doing clinical practices guidance. Clinical exercises satisfaction of the student was a positive attitude of the student. toward their practical assignment in general, as a result of interaction among factors stemming from the student and those from clinical practices activities at the dental clinics of the FKG UGM. Students pattern behavior was the student behavior carrying out the assignment of clinical learning witch was reflected from the attitude, level of motivation and stress in the clinical learning. This study was carried out due to clinical exercises presented the comprehensive application of knowledge, skills, and attitude. The pattern of work behavior of the students in the clinical exercise was assumed to be similar to the pattern of behavior in the clinical practices in the society after the student graduated. This study was aimed to proofing the existence of student perception on the academic staff performance and clinical exercise satisfaction of the profession student to students pattern behavior of the FKG UGM. This study was characteristically observational using cross-sectional research design. The sample size was 107 students. The samples were purposively drawn. This study variable was measured through questionnaire. Data analysis was done by using regression analysis then was continued by stepwise reduction analysis for knowing the dominance aspect of study variables. The result of the study showed that the student perception on the academic staff was in the medium range, clinical exercise satisfaction of the student was in the category of satisfactorily and the student behavior was tent to be good. There was correlation between the student perception on the academic staff, clinical exercise satisfaction of the student, and the student behavior. There was positive highly significant correlation between the student perception on the academic staff and clinical exercise satisfaction of the student. The higher the student perception on the academic staff, the higher clinical exercise satisfaction of the student. Their was positive highly significant correlation between clinical exercise satisfaction of the student and student behavior. The higher the clinical exercise satisfaction of the student, the higher student behavior.
