Layanan umum di Yogyakarta sangatlah banyak jumlahnya dan masyarakat sangat membutuhkan jasa dari layanan umum di kota ini. Sebagai contoh adalah layanan jasa provider taksi. Namun sebagian besar masyarakat tidak menyimpan nomor kontak dari pihak penyedia jasa taksi tersebut. Sehingga mereka harus mencari dan menunggu untuk menemukan taksi yang mereka inginkan. Aplikasi Jogja Smartbook adalah aplikasi mobile berbasis Android yang berisikan daftar nomor kontak dari penyedia layanan umum di Yogyakarta seperti nomor provider hotel, taksi, taksi motor, villa, home stay, guesthouse, dsb. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam menemukan layanan umum yang mereka inginkan. Didalam aplikasi ini selain terdapat nomor kontak juga terdapat beberapa tab menu tambahan yaitu berupa tab menu fasilitas, tab menu gallery, tab menu info dan tab menu harga. Sehingga sangat mudah untuk digunakan oleh user.

There are numerous public services in Yogyakarta. People really need the information of public services in this city. For example is a provider service of taxi. Most people do not save the contact number of the taxi. So, they have to seek and wait to find a taxi that they want. Jogja Smartbook Application is an Android based mobile application that fill the contact numbers of public service providers in Yogyakarta, such as hotel providers, taxi, motor taxi, villa, home stay, guesthouse, etc. This application can be made easier for people to find the services they want. There is a contact number and also some additional menu tab such as menu facility, menu gallery, menu info, and menu price. So, it is very easy to operate by the user.
