FAKTOR PENYEBAB TIDAK DIGUNAKANNYA SIMPUS DALAM PEMBUATAN LAPORAN BULANAN DI PUSKESMAS MLATI 1 SLEMAN YOGYAKARTA

Latar Belakang: Puskesmas Mlati 1 Sleman Yogyakarta telah menggunakan software/ SIMPUS, dimana SIMPUS ini menyediakan berbagai jenis menu dengan fungsinya masing-masing dan salah satunya adalah \\"menu laporan\\" yang berfungsi untuk membuat beberapa jenis laporan, diantaranya laporan bulanan. Tetapi SIMPUS ini belum digunakan oleh pihak puskesmas dalam hal pembuatan laporan bulanan sehingga pembuatan laporan bulanan masih dilakukan secara manual Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan tidak digunakannnya SIMPUS dalam pembuatan laporan bulanan tersebut. Tujuan: Mengetahui faktor penyebab (Man, Money, Materials, Mechines, Methods) tidak digunakannya SIMPUS dalam pembuatan laporan bulanan di Puskesmas Mlati 1 Sleman Yogyakarta. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil: Laporan bulanan yang di buat di Puskesmas Mlati 1 Sleman Yogyakrta terdiri dari LB1, LPLPO, LB3, LB4. Proses pembuatan LB1 menggunakan SIMPUS akan tetapi dilakukan editing. LPLPO, LB3 dan LB4 dibuat secara manual. Faktor penyebab tidak digunakannya SIMPUS dalam pembuatan laporan bulanan adalah kurangnya motivasi petugas untuk melakukan entri data hasil pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien pada saat pelayanan. Perbedaan format laporan kasus kesakitan (LB1) dan laporan pemakaian dan lembar permintaan obat (LPLPO) dengan format laporan dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman. SIMPUS bisa melakukan perubahan atau penambahan pada data-data obat, tetapi terdapat sedikit ketidaksesuaian yaitu hasil penambahan data obat akan muncul pada nomor urut terakhir. Selain itu belum terdapat prosedur tetap untuk pembuatan laporan bulanan dengan menggunakan SIMPUS.

Objective: To determine the causes (Man, Money, Materials, Machines, Methods) was not used in the making SIMPUS monthly report on Mlati 1 Community Health Center Sleman Yogyakarta Method: The type of research that will be used is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach Results: The monthly report is made in the health center in Sleman Yogyakrta Mlati 1 consists of morbidity reports (LB1), reports of drug use and the request (LPLPO), community service (LB3), visit health centers (LB4). Morbidity reporting process (LB1) using SIMPUS but do editing. LPLPO, LB3 and LB4 created manually. Factors causing SIMPUS disuse in making monthly reports is low motivation to do data entry officer outcomes of care provided to patients at the time of service. Differences morbidity report format (LB1) and reports of drug use and the request (LPLPO) to format a report of Sleman District Health Office. SIMPUS can make changes or additions to the data of drugs, but there is a slight discrepancy is the result of the addition of drug data will appear on the last serial number. In addition, there are standard operating procedures for the preparation of monthly reports using SIMPUS.
