Upaya perlindungan hukum bagi dokter dan perawat di RSUD Koja Jakarta

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan standar pelayanan dan standard operating procedure oleh tenaga dokter dan perawat di pelayanan RSUD Koja, dan sejauh manakah perlindungan hukum diberikan kepada dokter dan perawat yang telah mematuhi standar pelayanan dan standard operating procedure. Data diperoleh dari beberapa sumber, melalui wawancara, pengamatan langsung, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komite Medik dan Keperawatan belum melaksanakan sosialisasi, evaluasi dan pemantauan pelaksanaan standar pelayanan dan standard operating procedure. Komite Medik dan Keperawatan tidak memberikan bantuan dokter dan perawat untuk menghadapi tuntutan pasien.

This study was aimed at finding out the implentation of service standards and standard operating prosedures for doctors and nurses at the Koja District Hospital, and the extent of legal protection provided to doctors and nurses who adhere to service standards and standard operating procedures. Data were collected from several sources, through interviews, observation, and literature reviews. The result showed that the Medical and Nursing Committee did not promote, evaluate, and monitor the implementation of service standards and standard operating procedures. The Committee did not provide legal protection to doctors and nurses.
