2001 | Tesis | S2 Ilmu Kesehatan MasyarakatLatar Belakang: Sebanyak 382 (49%) tenaga perawat di RSUP masih berlatar belakang SPK. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan, pihak manaj emen menyelenggarakan program khusus pendidikan DIII Keperawatan. Namun dari hasil evaluasi penerapan standar pelayanan keperawatan sebesar 62.85% belum memenuhi target yang diharapkan yaitu 86%-100%. Sehingga perlu dievalusi apakah perbedaan tingkat pendidikan memberikan perubahan dalam kinerja kepenvatan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui perubahan sikap dan perilaku perawat lulbsan program khusus DIII Keperawatan dalam aspek pendokumentasian tindGan asuhan keperawatan dan pelaksanaan tindakan asuhan keperawatan profesional. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan menggunakan kuesioner, checklist, observasi dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Subyek penelitian 22 perawat lulusan DIII program Khusus dan 22 perawat lulusan SPK yang telah mengikuti pelatihan standar asuhan kepenvatan. Wawancara dilakukan dengan responden 3 orang perawat lulusan DIII kelas regular. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan independent t-test dan chi-square. Hasil: Uji t-test sikap perawat lulusan D-I11 kelas khusus dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan diperoleh nilai p < 0,05 berarti terdapat perubahan yang bermakna pada sikap perawat D-111 kelas khusus dalam pendokumentasian tindakan asuhan keperawatan. Berbeda dengan sikap, untuk perilaku diperoleh nilai p > 0,05. Berarti tidak ada perubahan perilaku pada perawat D-I11 kelas khusus dalam pendokunientasian tindakan asuhan keperawatan. Namun jika dilihat hasil uji t-test check list dokumentasi asqhan keperawataii diperoleh nilai p < 0,05 dan observasi pelaksanaan tindakan keperawatan diperoleh nilai p < 0,05. Hasil check list dokumentasi tindakan kepenvatan dan observasi pelaksanaan tindakan asuhan keperam-atan pada perawat lulusan D-I11 kelas khusus terdapat perbedaan bermakna dibandingkan lulusan SPK Kesimpulan: Terdapat perubahan sikap dan perilaku pada perawat lulusan DIII kelas khusus dalam pendokumentasian dan pelaksanaan tindakan asuhan keperawatan di Irna I RSUP.DR. Sardjito Yogyakarta
Background: Three hundred and eighty two (49%) nurses of Dr. Sardjito Hospital had Nursing High School background,. To improve their nursing service quality, the hospital management held a special Diploma Program of Nursing. However, the nursing service standard evaluation showed only 62.85% of the quality achieved from 86% - 100% expected standard. Therefore, evaluation should be done on whether educational level difference contributed a change in the nurses’ performance. Objectives: To find out changing attitude and behavior of nurses graduated fiom Special Diploma Program of Nursing in the aspects of documentation of nursing care and professional nursing care practice. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study using questionnaires, checklist, observation and interviews as data gathering methods. The subjects were 22 nurses graduated fiom Special Diploma Program of Nursing and 22 nurses graduated fiom Nursing High School who had attended nursing care standard training. Interviews were held with 3 nurses graduated from regular class of Diploma in nursing. Data were then analyzed using independent tests and Chisquare. Results: The t-test on attitude of nurses graduated fiom Special Diploma Program resulted in p < 0.05 that means that there was a significant change in the nurses graduated from Diploma-111 in terms of nursing care documentation. Unlike attitude, behavior resulted in p > 0.05. Th~sm eans that there is no behavioral change among nurses graduated fiom the special diploma program in terms of documenting nursing care. However, the t-test checklist of nursing care documentation, it is found that p < 0.05 and the nursing care observation results in p < 0.05. The checklist of nursing care documentation and observation of nursing care among Diploma graduates show significant difference compared to Nursing High School graduates. Conclusion: There is attitude and behavioral change among nurses graduated from Special Diploma Program in nursing in documentation and nursing care in IRNA-I Dr. Sardjito Hospital, Yogyakarta.
