RASIONALITAS PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI DAN OUTCOME TERAPI PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI DI POLIKLINIK PENYAKIT DALAM RSUD DR MOEWARDI SURAKARTA

Hipertensi adalah gangguan kesehatan yang sering dijumpai dan termasuk masalah kesehatan penting karena angka prevalensi yang tinggi sehingga evaluasi penggunaan obatnya perlu dilakukan untuk mengukur apakah suatu obat telah digunakan secara rasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rasionalitas penggunaan obat antihipertensi dan melihat pola penggunaan obat antihipertensi (tunggal, kombinasi) dan outcome terapi (tercapainya target tekanan darah) pada pasien ASKES di poliklinik penyakit dalam RSUD Dr Moewardi Surakarta. Merupakan penelitian observasional deskriptif analitik yang dilakukan secara prospektif. Sampel diambil dari data resep pasien rawat jalan, data rekam medik, dan wawancara dengan pasien atau keluarga pasien untuk mengetahui apakah pasien juga menggunakan obat herbal. Hasil penelitian dari 67 pasien menunjukkan jumlah pengobatan hipertensi yang memenuhi kriteria rasional tepat indikasi 67 pasien (100%), tepat obat 67 pasien (100%), tepat pasien 67 pasien (100%), tepat dosis 65 pasien (97,1%) dan efek samping 8 pasien (11,9%). Pola penggunaan obat antihipertensi pada pasien rawat jalan RSUD Dr Moewardi 33 pasien (49,25%) menggunakan obat antihipertensi tunggal, 28 pasien (41,79%) menggunakan kombinasi 2 obat antihipertensi, dan 6 pasien (8,96%) menggunakan kombinasi 3 obat antihipertensi. Outcome terapi berupa pencapaian target tekanan darah sistole 10 pasien yang menggunakan obat antihipertensi tunggal dan 11 pasien yang menggunakan obat antihipertensi kombinasi. Sedangkan pencapaian target tekanan darah diastole 18 pasien yang menggunakan obat tunggal dan 14 pasien yang menggunakan obat kombinasi. Meskipun masih banyak pasien yang belum mencapai target tekanan darah sistole dan diastole pada penelitian ini pasien sudah mengalami penurunan tekanan darah. Hypertension is a medical disorder that is common and includes important health problem because of the high prevalence of the use of the medicine so that the evaluation needs to be done to measure whether a drug has been used in a rational way. This study aims to determine the rationality of the use of antihypertension medications and see patterns of antihypertension medication use (single, combination) and treatment outcome (achieving the target blood pressure) in patients in clinic medicine ASKES Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Hospital. This is include descriptive analytical observational study conducted prospectively. Samples were taken from outpatient prescription data, medical records, and interviews with the patient or the patient's family to find out if the patient is also using herbal. The results of the study of 67 patients showed a number of treatments that meet the criteria for hypertension appropriate rational indications of 67 patients (100%), the right medication 67 patients (100%), the right of patients 67 patients (100%), the appropriate dose of the 65 patients (97,1%) and side effects of 8 patients (11,9%). While the achievement of the target diastolic blood pressure of 18 patients using a single drug and 14 patients using the drug combination. Although there are still many patients who have not achieved the target systolic and diastolic blood pressure in this study the patients had experienced a drop in blood pressure.
