HISTOPATOLOGI JANTUNG DAN HATI IKAN NILA (Oreochromis niloticus) YANG DIINFEKSI Aeromonas hydrophila DAN DIOBATI OXYTETRACYCLINE

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan patologi jantung dan hati ikan nila akibat infeksi oleh Aeromonas hydrophila dan setelah diobati dengan rendaman Oxytetracycline. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu enam ekor ikan nila yang diinfeksi Aeromonas hydrophila dengan dosis 0,01 cc secara intramuskuler dan yang diobati secara rendaman Oxytetracycline sesudah empat hari. Jantung dan hati ikan dibuat preparat histopatologi dengan pewarnaan Hematoxylin Eosin (H&E). Ikan yang diinfeksi oleh Aeromonas hydrophila menunjukkan radang dilapisan epikardium dan endokardium jantung. Hati mengalami degenerasi vakuoler dan radang. Jantung dan hati ikan yang diobati dengan rendaman Oxytetracycline tampak normal.

The purpose of this study is to find out pathologic changes of heart and liver of Nile tilapiaas a consequent from infected by Aeromonas hydrophila and after treated by Oxytetracycline. Total sample that used to this study is six fishes from infected by Aeromonas hydrophila, dose 0,01 cc by intramuscular and four days after treated by Oxytetracycline. Heart and liver be made into histopathology preparation with Hematoxylin Eosin pigmentation. The result from fishes which infected by Aeromonas hydrophila showed inflammation in epicardium and endocardium. Vacuoler degeneration and inflammation in the liver. Heart and liver fishes that treated by Oxytetracycline immersion is showed normal.
