DESAIN ULANG ANTARMUKA MENU PENDAFTARAN DAN PELAPORAN LB 4 PADA SISTEM INFORMASI PUSKESMAS DI PUSKESMAS PAKEM YOGYAKARTA

Latar Belakang: Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) adalah suatu tatanan manusia dan peralatan yang menyediakan informasi untuk membantu proses manajemen puskesmas mencapai sasaran kegiatannya. SIMPUS di Puskesmas Pakem belum memenuhi kebutuhan. Beberapa kebutuhan user yang belum terpenuhi oleh SIMPUS antara lain: 1) Petugas pendaftaran mendaftarkan pasien fisioterapi dan psikologi ke poli umum karena tidak ada di item klinik yang sesuai dengan pelayanan ; 2) Pada item nomor rekam medis ada 2 sehingga petugas pendaftaran harus menyalin secara manual, sehingga bisa terjadi kesalahan dalam menyalin nomor rekam medis; 3) Menu Pelaporan kunjungan pasien tidak otomatis di jumlah berdasarkan jenis kunjungan; 4) Pembuatan laporan LB 4 masih dilakukan secara manual; 5) Tidak terdapat nomor telepon di menu pendafataran; 6) Tidak bisa menambahkan klinik tujuan pasien. Tujuan: Desain ulang antarmuka SIMPUS pada menu pendaftaran dan pelaporan LB 4 di Puskesmas Pakem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna di puskesmas. Hasil: Desain tampilan sistem informasi puskesmas yang dibuat oleh peneliti menggunakan aplikasi komputer Pencil Mockups. Peneliti membuat desain dengan ukuran layar web page long dan mengunakan font Arial ukuran 14. Pada desain ulang tampilan akhir pendaftaran pasien ditambahkan beberapa item yang tidak terdapat pada halaman pendaftaran pasien di SIMPUS sebelumnya. Item tambahan yang ditambahkan antara lain item no HP, item agama, item poliklinik yang mana bisa di tambah, item cara bayar yang lebih lengkap dan pengurangan item No RM lama. Pada desain tampilan akhir pelaporan LB 4 yang sebelumnya tidak terdapat pada SIMPUS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan wawancara kebutuhan pengguna kepada petugas rekam medis maka peneliti desain ulang antarmuka SIMPUS yang memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna agar dapat memaksimalkan kegiatan pelayanan. Desain ulang antarmuka yang terdiri dari pendaftaran dan pelaporan LB 4. Hasil desain akan membantu petugas pengguna SIMPUS dalam melakukan kegiatan pelayanan.

Background: Management Information Systems of Health Center (SIMPUS) is a human order that provides information and tools to assist in the management of health centers reaching the target activities. SIMPUS in Pakem not meet the needs of the health center. Some user’s needs which have not been fulfill by SIMPUS among others: 1) the registration officer to register the patient physiotherapy and psychology to public poly because there are no corresponding items with care clinics; 2) In there are two number medical record so that the admission office’s have to item number 2 so that medical records exist admissions officers have to copy it manually,then it could be an error in copying medical record number; 3) The menu is not automatic reporting the amount patient visits based on the type of visit; 4) Preparation of reports LB 4 is still done manually; 5) There is no phone number in the signup menu ; 6) it can not add the destination clinic for patients. Objective: Redesign the menu interface SIMPUS registration and LB 4 reporting LB 4 Pakem Health Center in accordance with user needs in health centers. Results: The design of health center information display system is created by researchers using Pencil Mockups computer applications. Researchers created a design with the long web page screen size and using Arial font size 14. At the end of the display redesign of patient enrollment added some items that did not exist on the patient registration page in previous SIMPUS. There are additional items were those are item phone number, religious items, polyclinics items which can be added, complete payment guidance items and reduction of old RM Number. At the end of the reporting interface design LB 4 were not previously found in SIMPUS. Based on the results of analysis and user interviews to the medical records officer needs the medical records, the researchers redesign SIMPUS interface fulfills the needs of users in order to maximize service activities. The redesign of the interface consists registration and LB 4 reporting. The results of design will help SIMPUS user officers in conducting the service activities.
