Pengelolaan arsip inaktif adalah Kegiatan yang dilakukan terhadap arsip inaktif mulai dari pemindahan dari central file ke record center hingga kegiatan pemeliharaan dan perawatan arsip di record center. Laporan Tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai sistem pengelolaan arsip inaktif yang ada di UPT JPKM Dinas Kesehatan Sleman yang fokusnya lebih banyak pada arsip inaktif verifikasi dan arsip inaktif klaim. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, ikut serta dalam proses pengelolaan arsip inaktif, serta mendapatkan teori tambahan dari bahan pustaka. Metode ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan data secara benar dan akurat. Kesimpulan dari Laporan Tugas Akhir ini, UPT JPKM Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman belum melakukan pengelolaan arsip inaktif dengan teratur. Arsip inaktif belum dikelola dengan baik dan benar. Selain itu dalam pengelolaanya masih terdapat kendala-kendala yang dihadapi seperti keterbatasan fasilitas, tempat pengolahan dan kurangnya arsiparis yang ada di UPT JPKM Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman

Managing inactive records are activities conducted on the inactive records, ranging from record removal of the central file to the record center to maintenance and care of inactive record in the records center. This final asigment explores the inactive records management system that is in UPT JPKM Dinas Kesehatan Sleman which focus more on verivication inactive records and claim inactive records. Data collecting methods using interviews, observations, participate in the process of inactive records managenment, and gather additional theories from library collection. This methods are used to obtain the data correctly and accurately. The conclusion of this final asigment, UPT JPKM Dinas Kesehatan Sleman has not done well managing inactive record. In managing their records are still there are many problems, such as limited equipment , the absence of processing and lack of archivist that exist in UPT JPKM
