MOTIVASI ANGGOTA KELOMPOK WANITA TANI DALAM DIVERSIFIKASI PANGAN LOKAL DI KABUPATEN BANTUL

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Bantul dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani dalam diversifikasi pangan lokal di Kabupaten bantul, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi dalam diversifikasi pangan lokal dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan faktor-faktor lain terhadap keberhasilan diversifikasi pangan lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik Pengambilan sampel kecamatan dan KWT dilakukan secara purposive. Dari setiap KWT diambil 15 responden secara simple random sampling sehingga total sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Data dianalisis dengan uji proporsi, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anggota KWT memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dalam diversifikasi pangan lokal. Harga beras dan keaktifan penyuluhan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, sedangkan umur, tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan, persepsi terhadap pangan lokal dan akses terhadap media massa tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi. Harga beras berpengaruh negatif terhadap keberhasilan diversifikasi pangan lokal, pendapatan, keaktifan penyuluhan, persepsi terhadap pangan lokal berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan diversifikasi pangan lokal, dan faktor-faktor yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan diversifikasi pangan lokal adalah umur, tingkat pendidikan, akses media massa dan motivasi.

This research was done in bantul district. The purpose of this research were to find out the motivation rate of group members women farmers in the local food diversification in bantul district, the factors influencing, and also to find out the influence of motivation and the other factors against local food diversification success. This research bassicaly applied analytic descriptive method and used purposive method for sub-district and KWT sampling. It took 15 group members from each KWT using simple random sampling, so there were 60 group members as sample intotal. Data analysis has been done by propostion test and multiple regression analysia. The results shows that mostly group members of women farmers in bantul district have a high motivation on the local food diversification, price of rice and active counseling has a possitive influence on motivation. Meanwhile, age, level of education, income, perception of local foods, and mass media access do not influence to the motivation of local food diversivication. Price of rice have a negative influence on local food diversification success, income, active counseling, perception of local foods has a possitive influence of local food diversification sucess. Meanwhile, age, level of education, mass media access and motivation do not influence on local food diversification success.
