METODE PELAKSANAAN ERECTION BAJA MENGGUNAKAN MOBILE CRANE PROYEK RENOVASI GERBANG DAN PLASA TOL TEMBALANG – SEMARANG PT. JASA MARGA

Seiring dengan meningkatnya volume kendaraan yang menuju lokasi Tol Tembalang serta daya layan Plaza tol yang kurang memadai maka Jasa Marga sebagai pengelola melakukan renovasi gerbang tol Tembalang yang meliputi renovasi plaza tol Tembalang, renovasi gerbang tol, dan penambahan satu loket. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan Proyek Renovasi Gerbang dan Plaza Tol Tembalang, salah satunya adalah tentang metode kerja erection baja yang mana pada pekerjaan erection baja ini memiliki desain yang cukup menarik dimodelkan sebagai struktur Open Frame ( Struktur rangka pemikul momen ) dan truss 3 dimensi. Dimana struktur terdiri atas rangka yang tersusun atas balok dan kolom serta bracing baja I / WF yang menyangga beban angin, papan iklan, beban hidup pekerja, lighting, ME, serta pondasi tiang dimodelkan berperilaku sebagai sendi karena angkur dihubungkan dengan struktur utama serta pelaksanaannya yang dilakukan malam hari agar tidak mengganggu arus lalu lintas yang melewati jalan tol tersebut.
