ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN PETANI PENERIMA DANA PENGEMBANGAN USAHA AGRIBISNIS PEDESAAN DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

PERTANIAN (AGROBISNIS)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui alokasi penggunaan dana petani penerima dana PUAP di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) (2) mengetahui tingkat pendapatan dan kesejahteraan petani penerima PUAP di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) (3) Mengetahu distribusi pendapatan petani penerima dana PUAP di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode dasar penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, penentuan responden secara purposive sampling di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) sebanyak 32 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis tabel, koefisien gini, kurva Lorenz, indikator kemiskinan, indikator kesejahteraan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) alokasi penggunaan dana PUAP sebagian besar untuk usaha tani, dan ada beda nyata antara alokasi untuk usaha tani dan non usaha tani (2) pendapatan perkapita rumah tangga tani Rp. 522.075,00. Rumah tangga petani termasuk belum sejahtera menurut kategori Good Service Ratio (GSR), sedangkan rumah tangga tani termasuk tidak miskin menurut kriteria dan Sayogyo, tetapi termasuk miskin menurut kriteria World Bank dan BPS (3) distribusi pendapatan petani termasuk merata menurut kriteria Koefisien Gini dan World Bank.
This research was conducted (1) to analyze the funding allocation PUAP beneficiary farmers in Yogyakarta (DIY) (2) to analyze the farmer’s income and welfare level of PUAP recipient in Yogyakarta (DIY) (3) to analyze the distribution of farmers' income of PUAP recipient in Yogyakarta. The basic method of this study is descriptive analysis with 32 respondents determined by “purposive sampling†in DIY. Data analysis was performed with analysis table, Gini coefficient, Lorenz curve, and the indicator of poverty and welfare. The result showed that (1) the allocation of the PUAP funds mostly for farming, and was found significant difference between the allocations for farming and non-farming (2) percapita income of farm households is Rp. 522.075.00. Farmer households in this research categorized as “not prosperous†by GSR standard,while according to the Sayogyo this particular condition classified as non-poor, and classified as poor by the standard of World Bank and BPS (3) farmers income distribution was found to be equitable by World Bank standard and the Gini Coefficient.
