2014 | Skripsi | Ilmu KomunikasiPenelitian ini membahas tentang strategi corporate social responsibility Djarum pada tahun 2011 berdasarkan Lima tahapan CSR yang baik meliputi engagement, assessment, plan of action, action and facilitation dan evaluation. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan Djarum melaksanakan CSR dengan membentuk sebuah yayasan bernama Djarum Foundation dimana terdapat Lima bidang yang menjadi fokus kegiatannya, yaitu sosial, olahraga, lingkungan, pendidikan dan budaya. Dalam setiap programnya, Djarum Foundation selalu berdasar pada Empat pilar yang dimilikinya yakni, Niat baik, Kepekaan terhadap lingkungan sekitar, Keseimbangan prestasi ekonomi dan ekologi, dan prinsip keberlanjutan.
This research discusses about Djarum’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy in 2011, based on five stages of a good CSR that includes engagement, assessment, plan of action, action and facilitation and evaluation. This study uses a qualitative method with the approach of case study. The results of this research shows that Djarum implements CSR by establishing a foundation named Djarum Foundation, where there are five areas of focus in its activities. Those areas comprises of social, sports, environment, education and culture. In each program, Djarum Foundation is always based on its four pillars: good intentions, sensitivity to the surrounding environment, the balance of ecological and economic achievements, and sustainability principles.
