Laporan ini menjelaskan pengelolaan arsip foto seni rupa. Tujuan dari laporan ini untuk mengetahui proses pengelolaan arsip foto seni rupa di IVAA. Kemudian tujuan dari pengelolaan arsip foto seni rupa adalah memudahkan dalan penataan, penyimpanan dan mempercepat penemuan kembali arsip. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu yang pertama metode wawancara (interview). Metode ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses pengelolaan arsip foto melalui sumber yang berkompeten dalam pengelolaan arsip foto secara langsung. Metode kedua merupakan studi pustaka, metode ini disertakan untuk mendukung argumen penulis berdasarkan teori kearsipan yang telah ada. Metode yang terakhir digunakan oleh penulis adalah observasi partisipan. Observasi partisipan bertujuan melakukan praktek dan pengamatan secara langsung di lapangan bagaimana proses pengelolaan arsip foto dilakukan. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini adalah pengelolaan arsip foto seni rupa di IVAA belum dilakukan dengan baik, hal ini dikarenakan pengelolaan arsip foto di IVAA dilakukan belum sesuai dengan standar teori.

This report describes the management of archive photos fine art . The purpose of this report to understand the process of managing the photos archive of fine art in IVAA . Then the purpose of records management is a fine art photo facilitate role in structuring , storage and accelerate the recovery of archives . Methods of data collection is done through three stages: the first method of interview (interview). This method is performed to determine the management process through the photos archive competent source in the photo archive management directly . The second method is a literature study , this method is included to support the argument that the author based on existing archival theory. The lattest method is used by participant observation. The conclusion of this report is a fine art photo archive management in IVAA has not done well , this is because management of archive photos in IVAA has not been done according to the theory.
