Laporan ini menjelaskan tentang digitalisasi karya seni perupa Indonesia. Adapun tujuan dari laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses digitalisasi karya seni perupa Indonesia di IVAA Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari digitalisasi karya seni perupa Indonesia adalah untuk menyelamatkan fisik arsip agar terhindar dari kerusakan dan memudahkan dalam melakukan akses arsip. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu yang pertama metode wawancara (interview). Metode ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses digitalisasi melalui sumber yang berkompeten dan menangani digitalisasi secara langsung. Metode kedua adalah metode studi pustaka. Metode ini dilakukan untuk memperkuat argumen penulis berdasarkan teori kearsipan yang ada dan memperoleh data pendukung dengan literatur yang relevan dengan topik. Adapun metode yang terakhir digunakan adalah observasi partisipan. Metode ini digunakan untuk melakukan praktek dan pengamatan secara langsung di lapangan bagaimana proses digitalisasi dilakukan. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini adalah bahwa digitalisasi karya seni dari perupa Indonesia di IVAA Yogyakarta terus menghadapi tantangan dalam pelestarian serta kegunaan arsipnya.

This report describes the digitizing artwork Indonesian artists . The purpose of this report is to investigate the process of digitizing artwork Indonesian artist in Yogyakarta IVAA . The purpose of digitizing artwork Indonesian artists is to save the file to avoid physical damage and facilitate the conduct of archive access. Methods of data collection is done through three stages: the first method is interview. This method is performed to determine the digitization process through competent sources and deal directly digitizing . The second method is study literature . This method is done to strengthen the argument the author is based on the archival theory and obtain supporting data with the literature relevant to the topic . The last method used was participant observation . This method is used to practice and direct observation in the field how to do the digitization process. The conclusion of this report is that the digitizing of the artwork of Indonesian Artist in IVAA Yogyakarta is continously facing challenges in preservation as well as usability.
