Penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini masih menjadi rangkaian dengan Praktik Kerja Lapangan yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Mlati I Kabupaten Sleman. Adapun tujuan dari Praktik Kerja Lapangan ini adalah bagaimana Pengelolaan Rekam Medis di Puskesmas Mlati I ditinjau dari aspek manajemen kearsipan, menguraikan pelaksanaan pengelolaan rekam medis Puskesmas Mlati I dari kacamata manajemen kearsipan. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilaksanakan dalam penyusunan laporan tugas akhir ini adalah studi pustaka dengan menggunakan bahan refrensi untuk memperoleh data dalam penulisan laporan, observasi dengan melaksanakan pengamatan dan pencatatan secara langsung di Puskesmas Mlati I, dan wawancara dengan narasumber yang secara langsung menangani pengelolaan rekam medis di Puskesmas Mlati I. Kesimpulan utama dari laporan ini bahwa pengelolaan rekam medis di Puskesmas Mlati I sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, dari proses penciptaan arsip rekam medis, pengorganisasian pengelolaan arsip rekam medis, sistem pemberkasan, peralatan dan perlengkapan yang digunakan, layanan akses arsip rekam medis, penyusutan arsip rekam medis hingga penggunaan sistem komputerisasi pengelolaan arsip rekam medis, pelaksanaan pengelolaan rekam medis sudah menunjang kelancaran kerja Puskesmas Mlati I. Namun pada proses penyusutan arsip rekam medis khususnya penanganan arsip rekam medis inaktif tidak berjalan, arsip rekam medis setelah retensi hanya ditumpuk di gudang Puskesmas Mlati I.

The writing of this final report is still be series with The Field Work Practice conducted in Public Health Center of Mlati I of Sleman regency. The purpose of this Field Work Practice is how the Management of Medical Records in Public Health Center of Mlati I reviewed from aspects of records management, outlines the implementation of management of medical records of Public Health Center of Mlati I from viewpoint of records management. The methods of data collection which are implemented in the preparation of this final report are the literature study by the use of references to obtain the data in report writing, the observation by perform the observation and recording directly in Public Health Center of Mlati I, and interviews with the informant who is directly addressing the management of medical records in Public Health Center of Mlati I. The main conclusion of this report that the management of medical records in Public Health Center of Mlati I have done well, from the process of creating files of medical records, organizing the management of files of medical records, filing systems, equipment and supplies that used, the access service of files of medical records, the depreciation of files of medical records up to the use of a computerized system of management of files of medical records, the implementation of management of medical records that already support the smooth of working of Public Health Center of Mlati I. But in the process of depreciation of files of medical records especially the handling of files of medical records is inactive not run, the files of medical records after retention just stacked in the warehouse of Public Health Center of Mlati I.
