Laporan Tugas Akhir ini menjelaskan tentang Penyusunan Inventaris Arsip Foto IPPHOS di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. Arsip Foto merupakan informasi yang terekam dalam gambar statik atau berupa citra diam. Indonesia sejak masa revolusi sudah banyak menciptakan arsip foto, termasuk IPPHOS sebagai media kabar foto yang banyak mengabadikan momen-momen penting pada masa itu. Agar arsip foto dapat digunakan/diakses untuk kepentingan penelitian dimasa yang akan datang, maka harus dilakukan pengolahan arsip foto dengan baik. Penulisan tugas akhir ini menggunakan tiga metode. Metode tersebut terdiri dari studi pustaka, wawancara dan observasi. Pertama studi pustaka yaitu menggunakan beberapa bahan refensi untuk penyusunan tugas akhir. Kedua pengamatan langsung yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaiman proses kegiatan penyusunan inventaris arsip foto di ANRI. Dan yang terakhir adalah wawancara yaitu kegiatan mengumpulkan data dengan mewawancarai pihak/petugas yang berwenang dalam kegiatan penyusunan arsip foto. Ketiga metode tersebut sangat dibutuhkan guna memperlancar penyusunan tugas akhir. Kesimpulan utama dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah bahwa kegiatan penyusunan inventaris arsip foto IPPHOS tidak terlepas dari proses pengolahan. Pengolahan arsip foto ini sangat dibutuhkan, karena hasil yang terekam dalam foto tersebut memiliki informasi yang penting. Dalam penyusunan inventaris arsip foto di ANRI sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur tetap yang telah dibuat. Mulai dari identifikasi arsip sampai arsip disahkan oleh pejabat yang berwenang. Inventaris arsip merupakan salah satu finding aids dari proses pengolahan arsip foto. Dalam penulisan Inventaris memuat pendahuluan, isi dan lampiran. Sumber daya manusia yang ada pun sudah mencukupi untuk melakukan pengolahan arsip foto di ANRI khususnya dalam penyusunan inventaris arsip.

This final report explains about Managing of Archives Inventory of Indonesian Press Photo Service in the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia. Photo archives is an information which is recorded in a static image or still images. Indonesia has been created photograph archive since revolution era included IPPHOS as press photograph media that capture many important moments of the period. It is aimed photograph archive could be used/accessed for research in future, so the archive processing must be done well. This final report uses three methods. The method consist of the study of literature, interviews and observations. The first study of literature that is using some books as reference to compile this final report. Then, observation is aimed to know how the activity of the preparation of inventory archives IPPHOS photograph in ANRI. The last is interview is an activity to collect data by interviewing the employee who has authority in the preparation of inventory archives photograph. The three methods are needed in order to make easier compiling this paper. The conclusion of this final report is Managing of Archives Inventory of IPPHOS photograph cannot be separated from the process of processing. The processing of photograph archive needed because result of the photograph which is recorded having important information. The implementation of processing archive photos in ANRI has been done agree with the permanent procedure which has made by ANRI. The procedures are from identification of the archive until the archive is legalized by official who has authority. Inventory of the archive is one of the finding aids from the processing of photograph archive. In process of writing inventarice lade introduction, content, and appendix. Human resources are enough to do processing of photograph archive in ANRI.
