METODE FILTERING CITRA DENGAN MODEL KERNEL 9X9 PIXEL DENGAN SUSUNAN ANGKA-ANGKA PEMBOBOT PADA PERMAINAN SUDOKU

Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi saat ini memudahkan penyebaran berbagai bentuk informasi termasuk citra digital. Hal ini merupakan sebuah resiko yang harus dihadapai yaitu keamanan informasi serta hak cipta atau keabsahan kepemilikan sebuah citra digital. Metode filtering dalam pengolahan citra digital adalah sebuah teknologi untuk menjaga informasi serta hak cipta pada sebuah citra. Pada penelitian ini diujikan berbagai jenis citra terhadap mask 9x9 pixel berupa angka-angka Sudoku. Dengan metode masking ini hanya pihak tertentu yang memiliki kode mask Sudoku yang tepat saja yang dapat merestorasi citra sehingga didapatkan informasi citra yang sebenarnya. Dalam penelitian ini dibuat program untuk filtering dan restorasi. Pada pengujian citra cameraman, citra yang telah difilter mengalami eror dengan nilai MSE 143.0217. Kemudian citra tersebut direstorasi sehingga menghasilkan citra dengan MSE sebesar 3.6181 yang secara kasat mata tampak sempurna mendekati aslinya.

Advance development of Information and Communication Technology nowadays enable the spread of various forms of information including digital image. This is a risk that must be faced, namely the security of information and the validity of the copyright or ownership of a digital image. Masking methods in digital image processing is a technology to keep the information and copyrights on an image. In this study tested various types of 9x9 pixel image to kernel the form of numbers Sudoku. With this filtering method only certain parties who have the right code Sudoku kernel that can restore the image to obtain the actual image information. In this research, has made programs for filtering and restoration. In the examination of cameraman image, error conquered on filtered image with MSE up to 143.0217. Then it restored so that produce a new image with MSE value only 3.6181 which looks like the origin in plain view.
