Laporan ini menjelaskan tentang pengertian penyusutan arsip secara luas, prosedur penyusutan, sarana dan prasarana, serta kendala dalam melakukan penyusutan arsip di PT Angkasa Pura I Bandar Udara Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. Adapun penyusutan arsip terbagi menjadi pemindahan arsip dari Unit pengolah ke Unit Kearsipan dan pemusnahan arsip yang keduanya dilaksanakan secara prosedural maupun non prosedural. Selain itu, Laporan ini juga membahas mengenai peran Records Center Information System (Recis) dalam mendukung terselenggaranya penyusutan. Pengumpulan data dalam pembuatan laporan mengambil empat metode. Pertama adalah observasi partisipasi dan pencatatan data sesuai dengan kondisi dan situasi di PT Angkasa Pura (Persero) Bandar Udara Adisutjipto Yogyakarta.Kedua, dengan melakukan wawancara lisan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung kepada staff. Ketiga, penggunaan dukumen resmi yang mendukung terselenggaranya penyusutan arsip di PT Angkasa Pura (Persero) 1 Bandar Udara Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. Keempat, Studi Pustaka dengan menelusuri buku-buku, artikel, majalah yang mendukung tema penulis yakni penyusutan arsip. Kesimpulan utama dari laporan akhir ini adalah proses kegiatan pemindahan arsip dari Unit Pengolah ke Unit Kearsipan yang telah dilaksanakan rutin per tahun serta terlaksananya pemusnahan arsip dengan dukungan Records Center Information System yang membantu peyusutan arsip secara elektronik maupun non elektronik.

The report was explained about depreciation understanding records, disposal records procedures, facilities and infrastructure, and the difficulties in implementing the disposal records at PT Angkasa Pura I Adisutjipto Airport Yogyakarta. The disposal records is divided into tranfer records from Processing Unit to Records Center and destruction of records which are both implemented procedural and non procedural.In addition, this report also discusses the role Records Center Information System (Recis) in support of the implementation of disposal records. There are four methods to submit the data. First, The first is the participation observation and data recording in accordance with the conditions and situation in PT Angkasa Pura I Adisutjipto Airport Yogyakarta. Second, by conducting oral interviews directly or indirectly to the staff. Third, the use of official document that supports the implementation of disposal archives PT Angkasa Pura I Adisutjipto Airport Yogyakarta. Fourth, studies by tracing library books, articles, magazines that support the theme of the author ie disposal recods. The main conclusion of this final report is the process of transfer of records from Processing Unit to Records Center which has been carried out annually and the implementation of destruction records with support of Records Center Information System that helps disposal records in electronic or nonelectronic.
