Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk memberi informasi kepada pembaca tentang profil singkat sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri kreatif bernama Indie Corporation. Tujuan selanjutnya adalah menjelaskan tentang proses pembuatan buku tahunan sekolah dan untuk menemukan permasalahan yang muncul dalam proses pembuatan buku tahunan sekolah berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Penulis menggunakan tiga metode penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data, diantaranya studi pustaka, pencarian data melalui internet, dan studi lapangan. Dalam studi pustaka, penulis membaca beberapa buku, jurnal yang berkaitan dengan topic. Dalam pencarian data melalui internet, penulis mengunjungi website, akun media sosial dan brosur dari Indie Corporation. Untuk studi lapangan, penulis melakukan observasi lapangan dan mewawancarai pemilik dan beberapa karyawan perusahaan tersebut. Berdasarkan wawancara tersebut, penulis melakukan analisa dan mengetahui bagaimana proses pembuatan buku tahunan sekolah dan menemukan permasalahan yang muncul dalam proses tersebut. Kesimpulannya, pada proses pembuatan buku tahunan sekolah yang dilakukan oleh Indie Corporation. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah; rapat, sesi pengambilan foto, proses edit, permintaan persetujuan, produksi dan penyelesaian akhir. Pada proses pembuatan buku tahunan sekolah yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tersebut, penulis menemui dua jenis permasalahan yaitu masalah internal dan eksternal. Pada masalah internal, masalah yang dihadapi adalah; kekurangan karyawan, kerusakan pada alat, proses edit yang terlambat. Solusi yang dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah internal adalah; merekrut karyawan tidak tetap, membeli alat baru sebagai cadangan, dan memfasilitasi pelanggan untuk memberi catatan dan mengunjungi kantor untuk berdiskusi dengan editor. Disisi lain, masalah eksternal yang muncul meliputi masalah pada; perijinan tempat foto, cuaca, pengumpulan data. Solusi yang dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah eksternal adalah; merekomendasi pelanggan untuk menggunakan tempat lain pada pengambilan foto, menunda proses foto atau mengganti dengan hari lain, dan mengingatkan pelanggan untuk segera mengumpulkan data.Berdasarkan hasil pendapat dan wawancara kepada pemilik perusahaan, permasalahan tersebut tidak dapat dihindari namun bagaimanapun juga harus dihadapi dan diatasi demi kesuksesan perusahaan. This graduating paper aims to inform the reader about a short profile of a company engaged in the creative industries namely Indie Corporation. The next objective is to explain about the process of making school yearbook and to find problems that arise in making school yearbook process based on the research which has been done. The author uses three research methods to collect the data, such as; library and internet research, and field study. In library research, the author read some books, journals, and articles which are related to the topic. In the internet research, the author visited the website, social media accounts and brochures from Indie Corporation. In field study, the author conducted direct observation and interviewed the owner and several employees of the company. Based on these interviews, the authors did an analysis on the process of making school yearbook and find out problems on it. In conclusion, there are some steps in the process of making school yearbook conducted by Indie Corporation. Those steps are; meeting, photo shoot sessions, editing, asking for approval, printing and finishing process. In making school yearbook process done by the company, the authors encountered two types of problems. Those two kinds of problems are internal and external problems. For internal problems, the problems which occurred are; labor shortages, the damage of the equipment, overdue on editing process. The Solutions to solve those problems are; hiring casual employee, providing reserved equipment, and receive note from client and invite them to come to the office and make some discussion with the editor. On the other hand, the external problems occurred are the problems on; permission issue, weather, submitting the data. The solutions to solve those problems are; recommending the client to take another place for photo shoot sessions, delaying the photo shoot sessions or replacing it to another day, reminding the client to submit the data immediately.Based on the interview results and the opinion from the owners of the company, these problems cannot be avoided, but they have to face and solve it for the successful of the company.
