KAJIAN TEKNIS DAN ANALISA HARGA SATUAN PEKERJAAN AKTUAL PEMASANGAN UNIT PRACETAK GELAGAR TIPE I BENTANG 40 METER Studi Kasus Proyek Peningkatan Jembatan Ironayan

Analisa teknis dan analisa harga satuan pekerjaan merupakan hal yang mutlak dipahami dalam lingkup kegiatan proyek konstruksi. Dengan kedua analisa tersebut maka kebutuhan biaya yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan suatu jenis item pekerjaan dapat diestimasi. Pada Proyek Peningkatan Jembatan Ironayan, item pekerjaan pemasangan unit pracetak gelagar tipe I bentang 40 meter disubkontrakkan oleh kontraktor utama. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengkaji ulang analisa teknis dan analisa harga satuan pekerjaan tersebut. Dari kajian ulang dapat diketahui apakah nilai harga satuan pekerjaan pemasangan unit pracetak gelagar tipe I bentang 40 meter lebih rendah jika dilaksanakan sendiri atau justru lebih tinggi. Pengamatan selama proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data primer berupa durasi pelaksanaan, kebutuhan komponen bahan, alat, dan tenaga kerja. Dari data tersebut dapat dihitung nilai kuantitas/koefisien setiap komponen yang digunakan untuk memproduksi satu satuan pekerjaan. Nilai kuantitas dan harga satuan dasar masing-masing komponen menjadi dasar perhitungan analisa harga satuan pekerjaan. Diperoleh nilai harga satuan pekerjaan hasil penelitian lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan yang ditetapkan oleh kontraktor, dengan selisih nilai Rp. 5.407.000,00 untuk setiap unit pracetak gelagar yang dipasang. Selisih nilai harga satuan antara hasil penelitian dengan yang ditetapkan oleh kontraktor kurang lebih sebesar 27%. Pada penelitian ini juga diuraikan secara rinci metode pelaksanaan pemasangan unit pracetak gelagar tipe I bentang 40 meter. Technical analysis and unit price project analysis are absolute things to be comprehended in a circle of construction projects. Price necessities that needed to do a kind of project item can be estimated by those two analysis. In Project of Improving Ironayan Bridge, project item of precast girder construction type I extend 40 m is sub-contracted by main contractor. The research is done to review technical analysis and unit price project analysis. From the review of those two analysis, it can be seen whether the value of unit price project of precast girder construction type I extend 40 m is lower or higher when it is done by private contractor. The observation during the project process is done to get primary data. The primary data contains implementation, the need for material components, tools, and labor. The value of quantity or coefficient of every component that used to produce one unit of project can be calculated with those primary data. The quantity value and the basic unit price of every component become the basic calculation of unit price project analysis. It is acquired that the value of unit price project as a result of research is lower than the contractor’s stipulation. The difference is about Rp 5.407.000,00 for every unit of precast girder that have to be constructed. This research explains the methods of implementation of precast girder construction type I extend 40 m specifically.
