Issues regarding reproductive health issues faced by teens who from year to year increase. With this phenomenon through BKKBN government implements a program organization container adolescent Program Informasi Konseling Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja by using peer educators as a source of information, especially in SMAN 5 Yogyakarta. This study aims to look at how the process of negotiations conducted between the PIK-KRR SMAN 5 Yogyakarta with school, peers, and parents. And if the negotiation process will be effective or not by looking at the synergies between the three parties. The study was conducted using primary data obtained directly from the source through interviews and observations, and secondary data from the document - document relating to the topic. Based on qualitative descriptive data analysis method, the obtained results that the negotiations were conducted by PIK-KRR SMAN 5 Yogyakarta was not effective, because there is one sector that has not been biased in synergy, namely parents. There are three activities that are used to achieve the negotiation win - win, namely: fostering confidence, achieve a sense bound, set the resistance. Based on these results, obtained some recommendations: for schools to play a greater role in the development of PIK-KRR school by working together on activities, for PIK-KRR SMAN 5 Yogyakarta create more activities to involve parents as participants, and is not represented by a particular party. Permasalahan mengenai isu kesehatan reproduksi yang dihadapi oleh remaja yang dari tahun ke tahun semakin bertambah. Dengan fenomena ini pemerintah melalui BKKBN mengimplementasikan wadah organisasi remaja berupa Program Informasi Konseling Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja dengan menggunakan peer educator sebagai sumber informasi, khususnya di SMAN 5 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana proses negosiasi yang dilakukan antara PIK-KRR SMAN 5 Yogyakarta dengan sekolah, teman sebaya, dan orang tua. Dan apakah nantinya proses negosiasi tersebut berjalan efektif atau tidak dengan melihat sinergi antara ketiga belah pihak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari narasumber melalui wawancara dan observasi serta data sekunder dari dokumen – dokumen yang berkaitan dengan topik. Berdasar metode analisis data deskriptif kualitatif, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa negosiasi yang dilakukan oleh PIK-KRR SMAN 5 Yogyakarta tidak berjalan efektif, karena terdapat salah satu sektor yang belum bisa bersinergi, yaitu orang tua. Ada tiga kegiatan yang digunakan untuk tercapainya negosiasi menang – menang, yaitu: membina kepercayaan, mencapai rasa terikat, mengatur perlawanan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, didapatkan beberapa rekomendasi : bagi sekolah untuk lebih berperan dalam pengembangan PIK-KRR sekolah dengan bekerjasama membuat kegiatan, bagi PIK-KRR SMAN 5 Yogyakarta membuat kegiatan yang lebih mengikutsertakan orang tua sebagai peserta, dan tidak diwakili pihak tertentu.
