Currently in Indonesia, music was growing so rapidly indicated by many new actors who graced the stage entertainment. Public interest of music seems less supported with special music educational facilities. To meet the public needs and further enhance the quality of music in Indonesia, Yogyakarta as one of the education destination should contribute in facilitating the needs by adding special music education which still lacking. Music education institutions themselves should have a good quality in terms of the quality of teaching and facilities to support the education process so that can create quality new musicians anyway. To that end, proper curriculum, good management, and effective learning environment that is comfortable and conducive will be necessary. The site located in Pugeran, Maguwoharjo, Depok, Sleman that will accommodate the music institution facilities. The site that located in the agglomeration region of Yogyakarta very support students facility and make it easy for prospective students to support their activities during the study. As part of the urban area, the site condition is still natural so that quite comfortable and conducive. Planning and design of this musical college implements ecological architecture concept. Application of ecological architecture will used in the processing of mass system, layout, vegetation, facades, and materials that adapted to site environment and activity characteristic in musical college.
