KETERAMPILAN PSIKOLOGIS MODEL BK “PROAKTIFâ€-R UNTUK MENINGKATKAN REGULASI EMOSI GURU SD

2014 | Tesis | S2 Magister Profesi PsikologiTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji apakah Keterampilan Psikologis Model BK “PROAKTIFâ€-R dapat meningkatkan regulasi emosi guru SD. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah Keterampilan Psikologis Model BK “PROAKTIFâ€-R dapat meningkatkan regulasi emosi guru SD. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan adanya perbedaan skor regulasi emosi antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Peneliti menggunakan variabel tergantung regulasi emosi karena regulasi emosi pada guru SD dapat membantu guru dalam menunjukkan emosi positif, membantu mengelola stres dan mengelola interaksi dengan orang lain di sekolah dengan baik. Subjek pada penelitian ini sebanyak 32 guru SD Muhammadiyah Sleman. Rancangan penelitian adalah untreated pretest-posttest control group design. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala regulasi emosi yang disusun berdasarkan aspek regulasi emosi dari Thompson (1994). Modul pelatihan memodifikasi modul keterampilan psikologis model BK “PROAKTIF†dari Atamimi (2011). Analisis data menggunakan anava mix design. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan Keterampilan Psikologis Model BK “PROAKTIFâ€-R dapat meningkatkan regulasi emosi pada guru SD. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan adanya perbedaan skor regulasi emosi antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol (F=12.171, p< 0.05). Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima.
The purpose of this study is to examine The Psychological Skills of “PROAKTIFâ€-R Guidance and Counselling Model to Improve The Regulation of emotion in The Teachers of Elementary School Teachers. The hypothesis of this study is there is a The Psychological Skills of “PROAKTIFâ€-R Guidance and Counselling Model effectively improving emotion regulation of elementary school teachers. There is also a significant difference in the emotional regulation score between experimental and control groups. Emotion regulation of elementary school teachers should influence how teachers express positive emotions, manage stress, and interact with others. The subjects of this study were 32 Muhammadiyah elementary school teachers in Sleman. The design of this experiment was untreated pretest-posttest control group design. A measure of emotional regulation was developed by using aspects from thompson’s emotion regulation indicators (1994). The training module was modifying module The “PROAKTIF†model of psychological skill from Atamimi (2011). Data were analysed using anava mix design. The result of this study shows that The Psychological Skills of “PROAKTIFâ€-R Guidance and Counselling Model improving emotion regulation. There is a difference in emotion regulation score between experimental and control groups (F = 12.171, P<0.05). The results of this study confirmed the hypothesis.
