PERANAN QUALITY OF WORK LIFE (QWL) DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI

2014 | Tesis | S2 PsikologiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peranan quality of work life (QWL) dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan. Data diperoleh dari 120 orang karyawan dari sebuah perusahaan swasta di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner skala. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peranan antara quality of work life dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Tidak ada perbedaan komitmen organisasi dengan usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan dan masa kerja karyawan. Quality of work life memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 22,5% terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 8,18% terhadap komitmen organisasi.
This research aimed to observe a role of quality of work life (QWL) and job satisfaction toward organizational commitment to employees. The datas was obtained from 120 employees of a private company in Jakarta. In this research the sampling was carried out by using a method of questionnaire scale. The data analysis technique used an analysis technique of multiple regression. The reseacrh result obtained showed that there is a role between quality of work life and job satisfaction toward organizational commitment. There was no difference of organizational commitment with age, sex, education level and work period of employees. The quality of work life has an effective contribution for 22,5% to the organizational commitment, job satifaction has an effective contribution of 8,18% for the organizational commitment.
