PERANAN KEPUASAN KERJA, QUALITY OF WORK LIFE DAN USIA TERHADAP INTENSI QUITTING PADA KARYAWAN BANK

2014 | Tesis | S2 PsikologiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peranan kepuasan kerja, quality of work life, dan usia karyawan terhadap intensi quitting pada karyawan bank. Data diperoleh dari 128 orang karyawan dari sembilan bank di Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner skala. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan secara bersama-sama kepuasan kerja, quality of work life, dan usia karyawan mampu berperan sebesar 53,5% dalam memprediksi intensi quitting pada karyawan bank. Kepuasan kerja memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 30,4% terhadap intensi quitting, quality of work life memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 13,2% terhadap intensi quitting, dan usia memiliki sumbangan efektif terhadap intensi quitting sebesar 9,9%.
The purpose of this research is to examine the role of job satisfaction, quality of work, and the age of employees againts the quitting intention to bank employees. The data were obtained from 128 employees of 9 banks in Yogyakarta. The data submission used in this research is using a scale quetionnaire method. Data analysis uses the technic of double regression analysis technic. The obtained results show that together the job satisfaction, quality of work life,and the age of the employees were able to play the significant role by 53,5% in predicting the intention of quitting on the bank employees. Respectively job satisfaction has a 30,4% effective contribution to the intention of quitting, quality of work life has an effective contribution of 13,2% to the quitting intention, and age of employees has an effective contribution to the intention of quitting by 9,9%.
