GELOMBANG GRAVITASI DENGAN LATAR KERR-SCHILD

2014 | Skripsi | FISIKATelah dilakukan telaah teoretis mengenai sifat gelombang gravitasi dengan latar Kerr-Schild. Telah diperoleh metrik gelombang gravitasi melalui metode usikan lemah pada metrik Kerr-Schild sebagai langkah awal untuk memahami gelombang gravitasi. Berdasarkan perhitungan matematis dalam penyelesaian persamaan medan gravitasi Einstein metrik Kerr-Schild, diperoleh persamaan gelombang gravitasi dengan latar Kerr-Schild. Penyelesaian persamaan gelombang gravitasi dengan latar Kerr-Schild adalah jawaban bagi metrik usikan yang berupa gelombang sferis terpolarisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur dan perhitungan matematis.
A theoretical investigation about the characteristic of gravitational wave with Kerr-Schild metric has been done. The perturbation metric of gravitational wave has been obtained by weak perturbation on Kerr-Schild metric as the first step to understand gravitational wave. Based on mathematical calculations in the solution of Einstein’s gravitational field equations Kerr-Schild metric, the gravitational wave equation is obtained. The solution of gravitational wave equation was the solution of perturbation metric which represented by polarized spherical wave. This investigation has been done by literature study and mathematical calculation.
