There are a lot of problems such as a lot of heat energy lost, low efficient cutting, low safety,less quality of smelting metal and the price of kerosene is expensive in the furnace operation with kerosene fuel. The author makes the Furnace-Tube using Liquefied Petroleum Gas( LPG) as fuel more efficient and safe in the operation of the furnace- tube. Finding material, measuring, cutting, and smoothing of grindstone remnant are the process of furnace-tube production. Furnace-wall is made by mixing the refractory cement and water, assemblies of knot using banana stem. cutting pipe, welding of steal plat cover, welding handle of ladle are the process of furnace –tube production. Cover of furnace is made by designing the pattern of cutting steal plat. The results of analysis from the author, we need much times and many using Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) to melt aluminium using Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) fuel furnace. Environment conditions and material conditions are very influential to support the time and amount of necessary Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). The author needs about 54 minutes and 1,455kg LPG in the experimental.
