OPTIMASI FORMULA FAST DISINTEGRATING TABLET NATRIUM DIKLOFENAK DENGAN KOMBINASI BAHAN PENGHANCUR CROSCARMELLOSE SODIUM DAN SODIUM STARCH GLYCOLATE

untuk penyakit Natrium Diklofenak merupakan Non Steroidal Anti Inflamatory Drug (NSAID) yang biasa digunakan sebagai obat rheumatoid artritis atau yang biasa disebut rematik (rheumatic) sebagai penghilang rasa nyeri. Untuk itu obat ini diharapkan mempunyai onset yang cepat. Selain itu, penyakit rematik ini biasa diderita oleh geriatri. Untuk itu, cara pengkonsumsian yang mudah pada sediaan ini sangat dibutuhkan. Sediaan obat natrium diklofenak dengan bentuk fast disintegrating tablet (FDT) diharapkan dapat mengurangi permasalahan yang ada, untuk itu optimasi formula FDT natrium diklofenak diperlukan. Formula yang digunakan untuk optimasi dengan variasi kombinasi dua superdisintegrant, Ac-Di-Sol ® dan SSG, yaitu F1 (0:8 mg), F2 (2:6 mg), F3 (4:4 mg), F4 (6:2 mg), dam F5 (8:0 mg). Pembuatan tablet menggunakan metode kempa langsung. Data yang didapatkan dari uji sifat fisik tablet diolah dengan program Design Expert ® version 8.0.7.1. dengan metode simplex lattice design. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi dua superdisintegrant yang menghasilkan sifat fisik optimum memerlukan kombinasi 5,104 mg Ac-Di-Sol ® dan 2,896 mg SSG pada tablet dengan bobot 150 mg. Formula ini menghasilkan tablet dengan respon sifat fisik kerapuhan sebesar 0,58%; kekerasan sebesar 3.24 kg/cm 2 ; waktu disintegrasi tablet 30,60 detik; waktu pembasahan 50,47 detik; dan rasio absorpsi air 240,00%.

Formula used for optimization with a combination of two variations superdisintegrant, Ac-Di- Sol® and SSG, ie F1 (0:8 mg), F2 (2:6 mg), F3 (4:4 mg), F4 (6:2 mg), dam F5 (8:0 mg). The data obtained from testing the physical properties of tablets prepared with the program Design Expert® version 8.0.7.1. the method of simplex lattice design. The results obtained showed that the combination of the two superdisintegrant that produce optimum physical properties requires a combination of 5,104 mg of Ac - Di - Sol ® and 2.896 mg of SSG on tablets with a weight of 150 mg . This formula produces tablets with physical properties fragility response of 0.58 % ; violence at 3:24 kg/cm2 ; tablet disintegration time of 30.60 seconds; wetting time of 50.47 seconds, and the water absorption ratio of 240.00%.
