PELAPORAN KONDISI ROUTER MIKROTIK MELALUI SMS

Terdapat beberapa kejadian pada router yang mengakibatkan gangguan pada jaringan internet antara lain: koneksi terputus, alamat IP terbanjiri dengan data, pencurian informasi rahasia, penyerangan merusak data, dan lain-lain. SMS dapat dipakai untuk melaporkan segala kondisi router. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan router mikrotik supaya dapat melaporkan kondisi koneksi terputus melalui SMS. Pengembangan sistem tersebut dilakukan dengan menginstal perangkat lunak mikrotik dan pengaturan perangkat lunak secara tepat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa router dapat melaporkan melalui SMS ketika koneksi terputus.

There are several events that cause disruptions in the router on an internet network including: connection failure, the IP address flooding with data, theft of confidential information, data mutilate assault, etc.. SMS can be used to report on the condition of the router. This research attempts to develop a mikrotik router which able to report a condition of connection failure via SMS. Development of such system is carried out by installing the mikrotik software and then setting those software appropriately. The results show that the router can report through SMS when the connections is off.
