RESPONS PETANI TERHADAP SISTEM RESI GUDANG DI KABUPATEN BANTUL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat respons petani terhadap Sistem Resi Gudang dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Dari Kabupaten Bantul, dipilih 3 kecamatan sampel secara purposif yaitu, kecamatan yang telah mengikuti sosialisasi Sistem Resi Gudang (Kecamatan Bambanglipuro, Sedayu dan Sewon). Dari masing-masing kecamatan sampel dipilih 1 kelompok tani sampel secara purposif, yaitu kelompok tani yang telah mengikuti sosialisasi Sistem Resi Gudang. Dari masing-masing kelompok tani sampel diambil 20 anggota secara acak sederhana sehingga diperoleh 60 orang sampel petani. Data dianalisis dengan uji proporsi dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar petani mempunyai respons tinggi terhadap Sistem Resi Gudang. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi respons petani terhadap program Sistem Resi Gudang adalah motivasi petani dan status kepemilikan lahan; semakin tinggi tingkat motivasi semakin tinggi respons petani; petani pemilik lahan memiliki respons yang tinggi dibandingkan petani sewa dan sakap. Umur, tingkat pendidikan, persepsi, luas lahan garapan, peran PPL dan aksesibilitas tidak mempengaruhi respons petani terhadap program Sistem Resi Gudang.

The research aimed to determine the farmer response toward warehouse receipt system and the influencing factors of it. From Bantul Regency, it was selected 3 districts namely sample purposively, which has been conducted socialization of warehouse receipt system (Bambanglipuro, Sedayu and Sewon). It takes 1 farmer group from each district sample purposively, which has been conducted socialization of warehouse receipt system. From each farmer group it was selected 20 members randomly, in order to obtain total of 60 respondents. Data were analyzed by using proportion test and multiple linear regression. The research results showed that most of farmer has a high response to warehouse receipt system. Factors affecting the farmer response to warehouse receipt system were farmer’s motivation and land ownership status; much higher the level of motivation of farmers caused the response will be higher; landowner farmers have high response than tenant farmers and share tenancy farmers. Age, level of education, perception, land area managed, the role of agriculture field extension, and accessibility did not affect to the response of the farmer towards the warehouse receipt system.
