Pengaruh sex ratio dan rasio lama pencampuran dengan level vitamin E dalam ransum terhadap produksi dan reproduksi itik turi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sex ratio dan rasio lama pencampuran dengan level vitamin E dalam ransum terhadap produksi dan reproduksi itik Turi. Penelitian menggunakan 144 ekor itik Turi (135 ekor betina dan 9 ekor jantan) warna Bambangan umur 6 bulan. Pakan digunakan campuran dedak halus, jagung kuning grling dan konsentrat petelur 144, mengandung PK 16-17%, ME 2800-2900 kcallkg diberikan secara terbatas. Itik dikelompokkan menjadi tiga kelompok sex ratio yaitu 1 : 10, 1 : 15 dan 1 : 20 (Kl, K2 dan K3) dan lama pencampuran 2,3,4, 5,6 dan 7 hari dengan level vitamin E dalam ransum masing-masing adalah 45, 40,35, 30, 25 dan 20 IU (Ply P2, P3, P4, P5 dan P6). Produksi telur 6 hari setelah perlakuan ditetaskan untuk diteliti fertilitas dan daya tetasnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap pola faktorial(3x6) ulangan 3 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sex ratio memberi pengaruh yang nyata (p<0,05) terhadap fertilitas telur, sex ratio 1 : 15 menigkatkan fertilitas lebih tinggi dibandhgkan sex ratio 1 : 20 (77,21% vs 67,70%), tetapi tidak berbeda nyata dengan 1 : 10 (73,78%). Sex ratio tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi telur, telw tetas, dan daya tetas telur. The research used 144 Turi native ducts (135 females and 9 males), feather color Bambangan age of 6 months old. The feed was made of smooth rice bran, yellow ground com, and egg laying consentrat 144. Duck feed containt CP 16-17 %, ME 2800-2900 kcallkg was given limited. Sex ratio was applied 1 : 10, 1 : 15, and 1 : 20 (Kl, K2 and K3). Ratio of periods of exposure were 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 days with vitamin E in the duck ration were 45,40,35,30,25, and 20 IU each (Pl, P2, P3, P4, P5 and d P6). Each the eggs production of 6 days after the treatment were hatched to observe their fertility and hatchability rate. The data was analized using analyse completely randomized design by factorial design (3x6) with three replications. The results show that sex ratio signrftcantly influenced the fertility (p<0.05), sex ratio 1 : 15 was higher than sex ratio 1 : 20 ( 7 7 . 2 1%~67 .70%), but not sigruficantly influenced by 1 : 10 (73.78%).
