SIKAP PETANI TEBU TERHADAP KEMITRAAN DENGAN PG RENDENG DI KABUPATEN KUDUS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) sikap petani tebu terhadap kemitraan dengan PG Rendeng dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, dan (2) pengaruh sikap petani tebu terhadap tingkat kemitraan dengan PG Rendeng di Kabupaten Kudus. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survei. Sampel kecamatan dipilih secara purposive, yaitu Kecamatan Gebog, Kecamatan Dawe, Kecamatan Bae, Kecamatan Jati, Kecamatan Kaliwungu, Kecamatan Mejobo, Kecamatan Kota, dan Kecamatan Jekulo. Dari 8 kecamatan sampel di atas diambil 60 orang sampel secara proporsional random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan tabel distribusi frekuensi, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata sikap petani tebu sangat mendukung terhadap kemitraan dengan PG Rendeng di Kabupaten Kudus. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap petani tebu terhadap kemitraan dengan PG Rendeng di Kabupaten Kudus adalah luas lahan garapan, pengalaman bermitra, motivasi, dan peran petugas lapangan PG Rendeng; sedangkan faktor umur, tingkat pendidikan, dan peran kelembagaan APTRI tidak berpengaruh pada sikap petani tebu terhadap kemitraan. Sikap petani tebu mempengaruhi tingkat kemitraan dengan PG Rendeng di Kabupaten Kudus. Semakin mendukung sikap petani tebu terhadap kemitraan, maka semakin kuat tingkat kemitraan yang terjalin antara petani tebu dengan PG Rendeng.

This research has a goal to determine : (1) attitudes sugarcane farmer towards partnership with PG Rendeng and the factors that influence and (2) the effect of attitudes sugarcane farmers towards the level of partnership with PG Rendeng in the Kudus Regency. The basic method used in this research was descriptive method with survey technique. The sample districts were selected purposively, covering Gebog District, Dawe District, Bae District, Jati District, Kaliwungu District, Mejobo District, Kota District, and the Jekulo District. From 8 sample District over 60 people sample by proportional random sampling method. Data were analyzed by frequency distribution table, multiple linear regression analysis, and analysis of simple linear regression. The results of this study showed that the average of sugarcane farmer’s attitudes were very supportive towards partnership with PG Rendeng in Kudus District. Factors that affect sugarcane farmers attitudes towards partnership with PG Rendeng in Kudus Regency were arable land, partnership experience, motivation, and the role of field officers from PG Rendeng, while the factors of age, education level, and the role of institutional APTRI have no effect to the attitude of sugarcane farmers in the partnership. Sugarcane farmer attitudes affect the level of partnership with PG Rendeng in Kudus Regency. More supportive attitude towards partnership sugarcane farmers will be stronger in level of partnership that exists between the sugarcane farmers and PG Rendeng.
