ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN TINGKAT KESEJAHTERAAN RUMAH TANGGA PETANI TEBU TANAM DAN KEPRASAN DI KABUPATEN BANTUL

Penelitian bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui produksi tebu dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, (2) Mengetahui pendapatan petani tebu dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, (3) Mengetahui risiko produksi dan risiko pendapatan tebu, (4) Mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan tebu terhadap pendapatan total rumah tangga tani, (5) Mengetahui distribusi pendapatan petani tebu di Kabupaten Bantul, (6) Mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan petani tebu di Kabupaten Bantul. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif analisis. Penentuan sampel lokasi dan sampel responden dengan purposive random sampling yaitu 30 petani tebu. Metode analisis menggunakan fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas dan fungsi keuntungan Cobb-Douglas dengan teknik Unit Output Price (UOP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Faktor-faktor produksi tebu yang berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi tebu adalah luas lahan, bibit, pupuk ZA, pestisida, tenaga kerja garap, tenaga kerja panen dan sistem penanaman. (2) Faktor-faktor pendapatan tebu yang berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan tebu adalah luas lahan sedangkan yang berpengaruh negarif terhadap pendapatan tebu adalah harga bibit yang dinormalkan dan upah tenaga kerja garap yang dinormalkan. (3) Tebu keprasan 2 memiliki risiko produksi dan risiko pendapatan paling tinggi. (4) Pendapatan tebu memiliki kontribusi yang tinggi terhadap pendapatan total rumah tangga. (5) Pendapatan tebu dapat memperbaiki ketimpangan pendapatan petani. (6) Rumah tangga petani tebu di Kabupaten Bantul tergolong rumah tangga yang sejahtera.

This study aimeds to (1) determine the factors that affect the increasing of sugarcane production (2) determine the factors that affect the increasing of sugarcane incame (3) determine the risk farm production and farm income of sugarcane (4) determine to calculate the contribution of on-farm income on farmer household’s income (5) analize the income distribution of farmer household (6) to analyze the level of prosperous according farmer household’s in Bantul district. The basic method of this research is descriptive analysis, sampling method off choosing the respondents was purposively. Number off responden was 30 sugarcane’s farmer. Data were analysis by multiple regression analysis with the Cobb-Douglas production function and Unit Output Price (UOP) profit maximizing function analysis. The result showet that (1) production factor that positively influenced on the increasing of sugarcane production were land, cane seedlings, ZA fertilizer, pesticides, cultivating labor, harvesting labor and cropping method (2) income factor that positively influenced on the increasing of sugarcane income was land, and income factor that had no positive effect on increasing sugarcane income were normalized cane seedling’s price and normalized cultivating labor’s price (3) production risk of ratoon cane 2 was highest than production risk planting cane and ratoon cane 1. Income risk of ratoon cane 2 was highest than planting cane and ratoon cane 1 (4) income contribution of sugarcane is classified in the category of major contribution (5) sugarcane income could improve farmer household’s income distribution (6) farmer household’s sugarcane are classified as prosperous according to the criteria of Good service ratio (GSR).
