Pengaruh organic soil treatment (OST) dan selang waktu aplikasi larutan landeto terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah pada regosol

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui dosis pupuk OST dan selang waktu aplikasi larutan Landeto atau interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah pada regosol. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kaca Laboratorium Jurusan Ilmu Tanah, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Gadjah Mada, dimulai bulan Agustus 2000 sampai Januari 2001. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (Randomized Complete Block Design) pola faktorial dengan dua perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah dosis upuk OST yang meliputi 0 ton ha-', 3 ton ha-', 6 ton ha-', 9 ton ha-' dan 12 ton ha- . Faktor kedua adalah selang waktu aplikasi larutan Landeto pada hari ke-3,5, dan 7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perlakuan dosis pupuk OST 6 ton ha-' berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, nisbah tajuk-akar, laju asimilasi bersih, berat segar tanaman, berat segar umbi, berat hasil kering umbi dan indeks panen; (2) Perlakuan selang waktu aplikasi larutan Landeto tidak berpengaruh pada semua komponen pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah; (3) Interaksi antara dosis pupuk OST dengan selang walctu aplikasi larutan Landeto berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah anakan, umlah daun, luas daun dan jumlah urnbi. Interaksi antara dosis pupuk OST 6 ton ha- dan selang waktu aplikasi larutan Landeto 5 hari menghasilkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah daun, luas daun dan jumlah umbi tertinggi yaitu masing-masing 32,03 cm, 10,07 per rumpun, 29,87 per rumpun dan 12,89 per rumpun.

This research was intended to determine the rate of OST and the interval of application of Landeto solution or their interaction on the growth and yield of shallots grown in regosol. This research was conducted in the green house of departement of soil science, Faculty of Agriculture Gadjah Mada University, started from August 2000 up to January 2001. A Randomized Complete Block Design, employing a factorial treatment was chosen. The first factors was rates of OST, i.e7: 0,3,6,9 and 12 ton ha-'. The second factor was interval of application of Landeto solution, i.e,: 3,s and 7 days. The combination treatments werw repeated 3 times. Results of the research showed that; 1) Application of OST, at 6 t ha-' had a sigmficant effect on the plant height, the shoot-root ratio, the net assimilation rate, the plant fresh weight, the fresh bulb weight, the sun dried bulb weight and the harvest index; 2) Application of Landeto solution at different intervals had no significant effect on all owth components end crop yield; 3) Intermedian between rates of OST at 6 t ha- and intervals of application of Landeto solution at 5 days, was found in plant height, bulb number per hills, leaf number, leaf area, with the highest values were: 32.03 cm, 10.07,29.57,370.7 cm2 rescpectively.
