DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN STAFF GURU DI PT INNI HAPPY DREAM CABANG SILIWANGI BOGOR

2014 | Tugas Akhir | D3 BAHASA KOREATugas Akhir yang berjudul “Deskripsi Pekerjaan Staff Guru Di PT Inni Happy Dream Cabang Siliwangi Bogor†ini merupakan hasil penelitian praktek kerja lapangan yang dilakukan selama 3 (tiga) bulan di PT Inni Happy Dream Cabang Siliwangi Bogor. Tugas akhir ini memaparkan tentang prosedur dan deskripsi tugas pekerjaan staff guru di PT Happy Dream cabang Siliwangi Bogor dan berbagai kendala yang muncul dalam setiap tahapannya. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang diperoleh dari pengamatan, wawancara, dan studi pustaka yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa staff guru PT Inni Happy Dream memiliki 3 (tiga) tugas utama, yaitu; penjaringan tamu, pelayanan, dan penjualan. Tugas menjaring tamu dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu; penjaringan tamu secara langsung dan penjaringan tamu secara tidak langsung. Tugas melayani tamu terdiri dari enam jenis yaitu; pelayanan pada saat menyambut tamu, pelayanan pada antrian, pelayanan pada saat presentasi, pelayanan di bed terapi, pelayanan di ruang konsultasi, dan pengontrolan tamu. Untuk tugas penjualan, staff guru memiliki tugas membuat surat perjanjian dan mengisi kwitansi serta mengirim barang. Diantara ketiga tugas utama staff guru tersebut, tugas melayani tamu merupakan tugas yang paling dominan. Hal ini dikarenakan tugas melayani tamu dilakukan setiap hari dengan beban pekerjaan yang paling berat dan memiliki kendala pekerjaan yang paling banyak. Selain itu, diantara tugas-tugas staff guru tersebut terdapat tugas yang cukup mudah dilakukan yaitu penjaringan tamu. Hal ini dikarenakan staff guru tidak membutuhkan keahlian khusus untuk melakukan tugas tersebut. Dengan adanya deskripsi pekerjaan dapat memudahkan staff guru dalam melaksanakan tugas. Dalam melaksakan tugasnya, staff guru mengalami beberapa kendala. Kendala tersebut berasal dari diri staff guru maupun dari tamu dan hal-hal teknis lainnya.
This graduating paper entitled \\\"Job Description of Therapy Staff in PT Inni Happy Dream Branch of Siliwangi Bogor \\\". This is a report on field work carried out for 3 (three) months in PT Inni Happy Dream Branch Siliwangi Bogor. The researcher attempts to describe about the procedure and the description of the job duties of therapist staff at Happy Dream Siliwangi Bogor branch and various obstacles that arise in each stage. From the results of the processing of data obtained from observations, interviews and literature studies carried out, note that the therapy staff of PT Inni Happy Dream has three main tasks, namely; find the guest, service, and sales. There are two ways to find the guest, namely: find the guest directly and find the guest indirectly. Second task is giving the guests service. There are 6 main task of service, namely; greet a guest, set a guest queue, to presentation, bed therapy services, consulting room service, controlling guest. Third work is sales. There are 2 main tasks of sales; greet a guest, namely; make a letter of agreement, fill out the receipt letter and sending of the goods. Among the three main tasks of the therapy staff, the task of serving the guests is the most dominant task. This is because the task of serving the guests do every day with the heaviest work load and have the most job constraints. In addition, among the tasks the therapy staff are fairly easy task done is find the guest. This is because the therapy staff also does not require special skills to perform the task of capturing guests. With the job description therapy staff be able to carrying out the task simplify. In fulfilling their duties, therapy staff has some problems. The problems are not only from ability of therapy staff but also from guest or technical problems too.
