PEMANFAATAN PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER(PLC) FX-2DA SEBAGAI PENGENDALI MOTOR AC 3 FASE

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) saat ini banyak digunakan di industri. Pada proyek akhir ini digunakan sebagai pengendali motor AC 3 fase secara otomatis menggunakan FX-2DA berdasarkan perubahan suhu. Selain membahas tentang pengendali motor AC 3 fase, juga dibahas tentang alamat input dan output, input dan output digital, input dan output analog, simbol-simbol ladder. Pengendalian motor AC 3 fase ini mengendalikan kecepatan putar motor, yang dipengaruhi oleh perubahan suhu. Dengan menggunakan thermocouple tipe K maka suhu disekitar akan terbaca. Suhu yang terbaca tersebut dikonversi menjadi tegangan yang dikeluarkan dari FX-2DA. Keluaran dari FX-2DA ini dimasukkan ke inverter sehingga mempengaruhi frekuensi serta tegangan output dari inverter. Sehingga keluaran dari inverter tersebut akan mempengaruhi kecepatan putar motor. Dengan frekuensi 5 Hz menghasilkan putaran motor sebesar 148 rpm, dan pada saat frekuensi 50 Hz menghasilkan putaran motor menjadi 1500 rpm.

Programmable Logic Control (PLC this moment is often used in the industry. On this final project PLC is used to controller 3 phase AC motor automatically using FX-2DA based on changes in temperature. In addition to discussing about 3 phase AC motor controller, also include about input and output address, digital input and output, analog input and output, ladder symbols. On controlling the 3 phase AC motor is controlled the rotary motor speed who is affected by temperature changes. By using a thermocouple type K so temperatures around would be read. The temperature readings will be converted into voltage issued from FX-2DA. Output from FX-2DA was incorporated into inverter so that affect the frequency and voltage output of the inverter. So that the output of the inverter will affect the rotary motor speed. With frequency 5 Hz the rotary motor speed is 148 rpm, and at the frequency 50 Hz the rotary motor speed is 1500 rpm.
