PENGARUH SUBSTITUSI PAKAN KOMERSIAL DENGAN PAKAN FERMENTASI TERHADAP PERFORMAN AYAM KAMPUNG PERSILANGAN UMUR 60 HARI

2014 | Skripsi | ILMU DAN INDUSTRI PETERNAKANPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh substitusi pakan komersial menggunakan pakan fermentasi terhadap performan ayam kampung persilangan 60 hari. Enam puluh ekor DOC ayam kampung digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Perlakuan pada penelitian dilakukan pada 4 kelompok ayam, 3 kelompok diantaranya dengan subtitusi pakan fermentasi dalam ransum sebesar 50%, 60%, dan 70% sedangkan 1 kelompok dengan substitusi pakan fermentasi 0% digunakan sebagai kontrol. Substitusi pakan dimulai pada ayam umur 31 sampai 60 hari. Parameter yang diamati adalah konsumsi pakan, pertambahan bobot badan harian (PBB), bobot badan ayam 60 hari dan konversi pakan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis variansi pola searah dan jika terdapat perbedaan dilanjutkan dengan uji Ducan’s new Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata konsumsi pakan 1.477,00; 1.593,70; 1.556,90 dan 1.582,82 g/ekor berturut-turut untuk ayam yang mendapat pakan fermentasi dengan level 0, 50, 60 dan 70%. Rata-rata pertambahan bobot badan berturut-turut 562,27; 457,03; 510,67 dan 455,33 g/ekor. Rata-rata bobot badan akhir berturut-turut 898,93; 794,47; 845,53 dan 781,13 g/ekor. Hasil konversi pakan berturut-turut 2,65; 3,53; 3,09 dan 3,53. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulankan bahwa substitusi pakan komersial dengan pakan fermentasi tidak mempengaruhi konsumsi pakan, namun menurunkan pertambahan bobot badan, bobot badan akhir, dan meningkatkan konversi pakan pada ayam kampung persilangan umur 60 hari.
This research was conducted to determine effect of feed commercial substitution with feed fermentation on performance of native chicken cross 60 st days. Sixty DOC native chicken cross was used in this research. This research was conducted on 4 groups, which were 3 groups substituted by fermented feed in ration by 50%, 60% and 70%. The other group without fermented feed substitution used as control. The fermented feed was given since 31 st to 60 st days. The collected data were feed intake, weight gains, final weight gains, and feed conversion ratio (FCR). Data were analyzed variance using one way design, the diferences between mean was continued by Ducan’s new Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The result of the study showed the average feed intake 1,477.00; 1,593.70; 1556.90 and 1,582.82 g/bird on chicken that were fermented feed by 0, 50, 60 and 70%. The average weight gains were 562.27; 457.03; 510.67 and 455.33 g/bird. The average final weight gains were 898.93; 794.47; 845.53 and 781.13 g/bird. The feed conversion result were 2.65; 3.53; 3.09 and 3.53. Based on the result above, it can be concluded of commercial feed substitution with fermented feed didn’t effect feed intake, but lowered weight gains, final weight gains and increased the conversion of feed on native chicken cross aged 60 st days.
