PRARANCANGAN PABRIK KIMIA Acrylamide dari Acrylonitrile KAPASITAS 45.000 TON PERTAHUN

Reaksi yang berlangsung pada reaktor fixed bed pada suhu 120 o C dan tekanan 4 atm. Produk acrylamide kristal memiliki kemurnian hingga 99% massa. Untuk menghasilkan acrylamide kristal 45.000 ton/tahun diperlukan acrylonitrile sebanyak 4695,4502 kg/jam dan air sebanyak 34.038,9514 kg/jam. Pabrik acrylamide direncanakan akan didirikan di Cilegon, Jawa Barat dengan luas lahan 30.000 m 2 dengan jumlah tenaga kerja sebanyak 180 orang. Pabrik dirancang dengan kapasitas 45.000 ton/tahun dan beroperasi secara kontinyu selama 24 jam sehari dan 330 hari setahun. Dalam proses tersebut dibutuhkan bahan bakar sebanyak 608,109 ton/tahun, kebutuhan air sungai sebanyak 9258,3333 kg/jam, kebutuhan listrik 785,41 kVA, dan kebutuhan total steam sebanyak 2.605,13 kg/jam. Modal tetap yang dibutuhkan sebesar $15.783.348,09+Rp38.238.864.773,3 sedangkan modal kerja sebesar $17.364.955,846+Rp4.681.764.712,57. Keuntungan sebelum pajak sebesar Rp113.120.117.116,58 dan keuntungan setelah pajak Rp56.560.058.558,29. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh Return on Investment (ROI) sebelum pajak 62,74% dan sesudah pajak sebesar 31,37%. Pay Out Time (POT) sebelum pajak 1,37 tahun dan setelah pajak 2,42 tahun. Break even point (BEP) pada 45,31% kapasitas dan Shut Down Point pada 33,98% kapasitas. Discounted Cash Flow Rate of Return (DCFRR) sebesar 34,57%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan evaluasi ekonomi tersebut, maka parik acrylamide dengan kapasitas 45.000 ton/tahun cukup menarik untuk dikaji lebih lanjut.
