Teknik penyinaran soft start (stepped soft start, ramped dan pulse delay) bahan self adhesive dual cured resin cement berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan tarik pelekatan pada dentin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh teknik penyinaran soft start (stepped, ramped dan pulse delay) bahan self adhesive dual cured resin cement terhadap kekuatan tarik pelekatan pada dentin. Penelitian ini menggunakan 27 gigi premolar. Gigi-gigi tersebut dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok berdasarkan teknik penyinaran soft start (stepped, ramped dan pulse delay). Self adhesive dual cured resin cement diaplikasikan kedalam cetakan kemudian di sinar sesuai dengan teknik penyinaran dalam kelompok perlakuan (stepped, ramped dan pulse delay) setelah sebelumnya diberikan waktu kontak sebelum penyinaran selama 5 menit untuk setting awal dari material self cured resin cement. Pengujian kekuatan tarik material self adhesive dual cured resin cement menggunakan Universal Testing Machine (Pearson Panke Equipment Ltd., London, UK). Data dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA satu jalur dilanjutkan uji LSD. Hasil uji ANAVA satu jalur penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan bermakna setiap kelompok teknik penyinaran (stepped,ramped dan pulse delay) bahan self adhesive dual cured resin cement terhadap kekuatan tarik pelekatan pada dentin. Hasil LSD menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pada kelompok stepped dan pulse delay sedangkan antara kelompok stepped dan ramped serta kelompok ramped dan pulse delay tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna. Pada penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Teknik penyinaran berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan tarik pelekatan self adhesive dual cured resin cement pada dentin.
Self adhesive dual-cured resin cement is an agent for cementation of indirect restorations and post. Soft start radiation technique (stepped soft start, ramped and pulse delay) material self adhesive dual cured resin cement influence tensile strength on dentin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of irradiation soft start technique (stepped, ramped and pulse delay) material self adhesive dual cured resin cement tensile strength on dentin. This study, used 27 of the premolars. The teeth were divided into 3 groups based soft start radiation technique (stepped, ramped and pulse delay). Self adhesive dual-cured resin cement was applied into molds then in accordance with the technique beam irradiation in the treatment group (stepped, ramped and pulse delay) after previously given contact time before irradiation for 5 min for initial setting of material self-cured resin cement. Testing the tensile strength of the material self adhesive dual-cured resin cement used a Universal Testing Machine (Pearson Panke Equipment Ltd., London, UK). Data were analyzed used one way ANAVA followed by LSD test. The test result one way ANAVA showed that there were significant differences in each group radiation technique (stepped, ramped and pulse delay) material self adhesive dual cured resin cement tensile strength on dentin. In this study concluded that there were influence the technique of irradiation on tensile strength of self adhesive dual-cured resin cement on dentin.
