Kebisingan di lokasi pengelompokan jalan menurut peranan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pria dan wanita kota Jogjakarta

2001 | Tesis | S2 Ilmu Kesehatan KerjaTujuan penelitian adalah 1) Untuk men$stahui kepuasan kerja karyawan di kantar pada lakasi pengelompakan jalan menurut peranan: 2) Untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja karyawan antara jenis kefamin di kantor pada lokasi pengdmpokan jaian menurut peranan di Kota Jogiakarta. Hal ini berdasarkan fenmna perkembangan kata yang kurang terkendali menyebabkan pemukiman beserta sistern yang dibutuhkan seperti kantw bekernbang rnendekati surnber polusi suara. Pada tingkat paparan kebisingan yang berfebihan dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja karyawan. Rancangan penelitiin non eksperimen dengan pendekatan "Cross Sectional". Subyek dan lokasi penelitin adalah karyawan kantor pemerintahan ksta Jogiakaita yang bellokasi di pengel6mpokan jalan mBrluNt peranan. JumlaR sampel sebanyak 163 karyawan yang brbagl darn 3 IakasL jalan yavtu : Jalan Ai'tA yaitu Dins KesehaWi Kbta 62 OmW, J a b kaleletat yaRu Kandep Perindustrian dan Perdagangan) 58 orang dan jalan bkal yaitu Kandep Koperasi 43 orang. Pengumpulan data kepuasan kerja dengan menyebarkan angkef kepuasan kerja yang telah dilakukan tes validitas dan realibilitas. Data tingkat kebisingan tingkungan kantor dengan melakukan pengukuran. teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis anava dan t - test. tiad peneiitian menunjukkan 1) Mean kepuasan kerja karyawan berlokasi kntor di jalan Arteri = 103,823; Kolektor = 115,017; Lokal = 123,395 dengan kdisien F = 19,380; p < 0,01, 2) Mean kepuasan kerja karyawan mnutut jenis kehmin, p& = 113,990; wanita = 111,112 dengan koefisien F = 1,091; p c 0,05. The porpuses of this research were 1) to know officet's performan& saWaction in the location according to street classification; and 2) to know officer's performance satisfaction between men and women in the location of grouping street based on the role in Jogjakarta City. It based on the phenomenon of the uncontrolled city development that caused residential and the necessary system such as offices that becalmed the noisy polutiin s~urceI.n the high level, the noisy could cause the decrease of officer's performance. This research plan with non-experiment used cmss sectional approach. The subject and location of the research were the officers in the goverment affice Of Jogjakatta City that were ItXZated in th- Street dassifitXtions. The samples were 163 officers classified in 3 locations; the Artery Street consisted of 62 officers af City HeaIfh Oiffice, Collector Street canslsted of 43 affscers of Cooperation Office. Data gathering on performance satisfaction that had been examined on the validity and the reliability. Data on environment noise level were measured. The analysis technique used was Anava and t-test. The research result showed: 1) the mean of officer's performance satisfaction in Artery street was 103,823; Collector street was 115,017, Local street 123, 395 with F- coefficient = 18,380; p < 0,01, and 2) the mean of performance satisfaction based on the sex; male = 113,990, female = 1 1 1 ,I 12 with F-mefficient = 1,091; p < 0,Ol. It an be mneludecl that there was a significant difference in perfomance satisfaction on the diierent noise level and there was no difference in performance satisfaction between male and female
