PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM ATAS KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA BAGI PEKERJA DI PT. SELO MANUNGGAL SEJATI KABUPATEN MADIUN

Dalam hubungan kerja terdapat dua pihak yaitu pengusaha dan pekerja. Dalam hubungan kerja tersebut terjadi perbenturan kepentingan antara pengusaha dengan pekerja dimana pengusaha menginginkan untuk meningkatnya jumlah produksi dengan tetap dapat melakukan pengeluaran sekecil-kecilnya untuk penghematan, sedangkan pekerja akan selalu mengharapkan peningkatan kualitas hak-hak dasar bagi pekerja seperti perlindungan atas keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara lebih mendalam faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perlindungan hukum atas keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja bagi pekerja di PT. Selo Manunggal Sejati Kabupaten Madiun masih belum sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan dengan purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan fakta bahwa terdapat beberapa perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang tidak terpenuhi sehingga tentunya diperlukan pembenahan agar perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di PT. Selo Manunggal Sejati sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.

In relation of working , there are two sides, employers and employees . In relation of working, there is conflict of interest between employers with employees who hope increase the amount of production with very small expulsion for a thrift , besides that employees should always hope increased quality of basic rights for workers like protection for occupational safety and health of workers . The purpose of this research is to know factors to that make protection of law for occupational safety and health of workers in PT . Selo Manunggal Sejati still not accordance with the regulations . Methods of sample filter used purposive sampling. In this study found the fact that there are a few protection occupational safety and health of workers not fulfilled and of course, there need improvement protection of safety and healthy of work at PT . Selo Manunggal Sejati accordance with the regulation.
