Hubungan antara persepsi perawat terhadap sistem insentif dan karakteristik demografik dengan semangat kerja perawat kardiovaskuler di Rumah Sakit Jantung Harapan Kita Jakarta

2001 | Tesis | S2 Ilmu Kesehatan MasyarakatTim manajer telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk membina semangat kerja dalam menanggapi kemungkinan adanya penurunan semangat kerj a perawat kardiovaskuler di RSJHK Jakarta, tetapi belum berhasil dan tidak memuaskan para perawat. Berdasarkan fakta ini, dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan 1 ) menguji hubungan antara karakteritik demografik dengan semangat ketja perawat kardiovaskuler di RSJHK Jakarta, 2) inenguji hubungan antara persepsi perawat terhadap sistem insentif dengan semangat kerj a perawat kardiovaskuler Jakarta. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross sectional dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian terdiri 165 perawat kardiovaskuler dari 13 unit kerja keperawatan. Instrumen penelitian memakai angket dengan skala pengukuran Likert. Angket mengenai karakteristik demografik terdiri dari 7 item, angket mengenai semangat kerja terdiri dari 43 item, sedangkan angket dari persepsi perawat terhadap sistem insentif terdiri dari 42 item. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap faktor-faktor sistem insentif dengan semangat keja mempunyai korelasi positif yang signifikan (R = 0,347); (p < 0,05). Kontribusi seluruh faktor dalam persepsi terhadap sistem insentif dengan semangat keja hanya 12%. Hipotesis membuktikan bahwa yang mempunyai peran bermakna di dalam semangat kerja adalah nilai jadwal tugas (r = 0,188; p < 0,01), nilai masa pengabdian (r = 0,187; p < 0,01), nilai kehadiran dan pelaksanaan tugas (r = 0,204; p < O,Ol), dan rasio penghasilan rumah sakit (r = 0,202; p < O,Ol), tetapi tidak ada korelasi yang signifikan di antara karakteristik demografik dengan semangat kerja perawat kardiovaskuler
Manager team had cultivated and conducted various efforts of the working morale for the possibility decrease of cardiovascular nurses at RSJHK, but the result was not success, it was not make satisfied for the nurses. Based on the fact, the study was conducted and the aim of the study consist of 1). to examine the relationship between the nurse’s perception about the incentive system with the working morale of the cardiovascular nurses, and 2). to examine the relationship between demographic characteristic with working morale of the cardiovascular nurses. The design of this study was used cross sectional with the quantitative model. The subjects of the study were 165 nurses fiom 13 nursing unit. The instruments of the study were questionnaire with the Likert scale., 7 items of demografic characteristic, 43 items of the working morale and 42 items of perception about incentive system. The result of the study was perception factors about incentive system with the working morale had positive significant correlation (R = 0,347); (p < 0,05). The contribution of the whole factors in the perception factor as incentive system with working morale only 12%. The hypothesis was proved that had significant role in the working morale were, task schedule (r = 0,188; p < 0,01), the value of working periode (r = 0,187; p < 0,01), the value of presence and task accomplishment (r = 0,204; p < 0,01), and the ratio of hospital revenue (r = 0,202; p < 0,01), but there was not sigmficant correlation between demographc characteristic with the working moralr of cardiovascular nurses.
