ANALISIS PENERAPAN KESUKSESAN SISTEM TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI SIKOMPAK PADA PDAM DI DIY

Suatu sistem teknologi informasi dapat dikatakan berhasil atau cocok digunakan oleh suatu perusahaan jika memenuhi faktor-faktor tertentu. Adapun faktor tersebut harus sesuai dengan karakteristik sistem informasi itu sendiri dan para pemakainya. DeLone dan McLean (2003) telah memberikan gambaran mengenai faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai apakah suatu sistem informasi telah sesuai digunakan dalam suatu perusahaan. Faktor tersebut adalah kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pemakai dan manfaat-manfaat bersih. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk meneliti faktor-faktor dari model DeLone dan McLean (2003) yang dimodifikasi dengan menghilangkan penggunaan (use) dan menambahkan computer anxiety. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PDAM di DIY. Objek penelitian disini adalah para pemakai aktif SIKOMPAK dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji kesesuaian model yang diajukan, selain itu penelitian ini melakukan pengujian hipotesis yang terkait dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan sistem teknologi informasi SIKOMPAK pada PDAM di DIY. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini secara keseluruhan dikatakan baik dalam menjelaskan kaitannya dengan penerapan kesuksesan sistem teknologi informasi SIKOMPAK pada PDAM di DIY. Berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan PLS didapatkan hasil yang menyatakan bahwa kepuasan pemakai sistem dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas pelayanan. Computer anxiety sebagai faktor tambahan belum mampu menjelaskan secara signifikan faktor kepuasan pemakai. Manfaat-manfaat bersih dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kepuasan pemakai.

An information technology system can be said to be successful or suitable for use by a company if it meets certain factors. The factors that must be in accordance with the characteristics of the information system itself and the user. DeLone and McLean (2003) has provided an overview of the factors that can be used to assess whether an appropriate information system has been used in a company. These factors is the system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and net benefits. This study attempts to examine the factors of the model of DeLone and McLean (2003) were modified to eliminate the use and add the computer anxiety. The research was conducted at the PDAM in DIY. Object of study here is the active users SIKOMPAK with the sample by 65 respondents. This study uses analysis tools Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the suitability of the proposed model, in addition this study tested the hypothesis related to the factors that influence the success of the information technology systems SIKOMPAK at the PDAM in DIY. Results of this study show that the model proposed in this study as a whole is quite good in explaining the relation with the implementation of information technology systems success SIKOMPAK at the PDAM in DIY. Based on the test results obtained using PLS stating that the system user satisfaction is significantly affected by the system quality, information quality, and service quality. Computer anxiety as an additional factor has not been able to explain significant user satisfaction factors. Net benefits are significantly influenced by the user satisfaction.
