PENGARUH KREDIT MIKRO PNPM TERHADAP TINGKAT KEMISKINAN DAN PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA DI KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah kredit mikro PNPM terhadap tingkat kemiskinan dan pendapatan rumah tangga di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang meliputi jumlah keluarga miskin, total pendapatan rumah tangga penerima kredit selama satu bulan dan jumlah pinjaman, tingkat pendidikan serta umur penerima kredit. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan teknik estimasi random effect model dan uji beda rata-rata dari tingkat pendapatan rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alokasi dana kredit per-kecamatan berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dengan nilai koefisien -0,000728 dan tingkat probalitas 0,0222. Selain itu dampak kredit mikro PNPM terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga yang menerima kredit lebih tinggi sebesar 10,2 persen dari yang tidak menerima kredit dengan jumlah kredit berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat pendapatan dan tingkat pendidikan, umur berpengaruh tidak signifikan

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the amount of PNPM microcredit on poverty and household income in the Pesisir Selatan Regency. The data used are secondary data include the number of poor households, total household income for one month credit recipient and the amount of the loan, education level and age of the recipient of credit. Analysis tools used in the study is the analysis of panel data regression with random effect model estimation techniques and different test of the average household income levels. The results showed that the per-credit allocation districts negatively affect the level of poverty in the Pesisir Selatan regency coefficient value -0.000728 and the level of probability of 0.0222. Besides the impact of microcredit on household income PNPM who receive credit by 10.2 percent higher than that do not accept credit by the number of credits a positive effect on the level of income and level of education, age effect was not significant.
