EVALUASI NUTRIEN HASIL FERMENTASI MANURE AYAM PETELUR YANG DITAMBAHKAN ORGANIC DEODORANT SEBAGAI BAHAN PAKAN ITIK JANTAN UMUR 7–12 MINGGU

2015 | Tesis | S2 Ilmu PeternakanPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar nutrien fermentasi manure ayam petelur yang ditambahkan organic deodorant dan pengaruh penggunaannya terhadap performan itik jantan umur 7-12 minggu. Tahap I dilakukan evaluasi nutrien fermentasi manure ayam petelur yang ditambahkan organic deodorant. Tahap II dilakukan uji palatabilitas bahan pakan dilakukan untuk mengetahui daya konsumsi pakan secara sukarela pada 15 ekor itik jantan dengan 5 perlakuan pakan dengan 3 ulangan dan tiap ulangan digunakan 1 ekor itik jantan yang dikandangkan secara individual dan bahan pakan yang diberikan berupa PO= pakan komersial, E= manure ayam petelur,EF= manure ayam petelur yang difermentasi, EOD= manure ayam petelur yang ditambahkan organic deodorant dan EODF= manure ayam petelur ditambahkan organic deodorant yang difermentasi. Tahap III pengaruh level bahan pakan fermentasi manure yang ditambahkan organic deodorant (EODF) sebagai pakan terhadap performan itik jantan. Ransum disusun menjadi 5 perlakuan, tiap perlakuan 4 kali ulangan dan tiap ulangan menggunakan 5 ekor itik yang dikandangkan secara individual sehingga total 100 ekor itik jantan yang berumur 7 minggu dengan spesifikasi sebagai berikut: P0= level EODF/pakan komersial , EODF 0% dengan kandungan pakan komersial 100% sebagai kontrol, P15= level EODF/pakan komersial 15% , P30= level EODF/pakan komersial 30%, P45= level EODF/pakan komersial 45%, P60= level EODF/pakan komersial 60%. Data penelitian tahap I disimpulkan secara deskriptif , sedangkan tahap II dan III dianalisis varian Rancangan Acak Lengkap Pola Searah dan dilanjutkan uji Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test untuk hasil yang berbeda nyata. Hasil penelitian tahap pertama menunjukkan bahwa fermentasi manure ayam petelur dengan penambahan organic deodorant menyebabkan kenaikan kadar lemak kasar dan serat kasar masing-masing sebesar 1,34% dan 0,6%, serta menurunkan kadar protein kasar, serat kasar, amonia masingmasing sebesar 0,18%, 2,53%, 90 ppm. Konsumsi pakan pada uji palatabilitas pakan meningkat setelah manure ditambahkan OD, difermentasi dan EODF masing-masing 12,72% , 64,57%, dan 78,52%. Hasil penelitian level subtitusi pakan komersial dengan EODF memberikan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap penurunan performan itik jantan. Konsumsi pakan tertinggi dicapai oleh P60 sebesar 5203,50 g, kemudian diikuti oleh P45%, P30%, P15%, P 0% masing-masing sebesar 5130,00 g, 5002,75 g, 4967,75 g, 4856,75 g. Pertambahan berat badan tertinggi dicapai oleh P0 (649,80 g) kemudian diikuti oleh P15 (622,10 g), P30 (579,45 g), P45 (497,50 g), P60 (409,60 g). Konversi pakan tertinggi dicapai oleh P60 (12,71) kemudian diikuti oleh P45 (10,31), P30 (8,64), P15 (7,99), P0 (7,48). Disimpulkan bahwa substitusi EODF 30% dihasilkan IOFC yang terbaik pada itik jantan umur 7-12 minggu.
The research aims to determine the nutrient content of fermented laying hens manure added organic deodorant additive and and the effect of its on duck performance aged 7-12 weeks. The first trial was to study nutritive evaluation of fermented laying hens manure added organic deodorant. The second trial was designed to evaluate its acceptability by using 15 male ducks that divided into five groups with three replications consisting a bird to feed a commercial feed, laying hens manure, laying hens manure added organic deodorant additive, fermented laying hens manure, fermented laying hens manure added organic deodorant. For the third trial using 100 male ducks of 7 weeks ages, were used to study the effect fermented MOD in the diet on the male ducks performance. They were divided into five groups based on dietary treatments with four replications consisting of five birds. They were PO = level MODF/commercial feed 0% in which 100% of total ingredients in diet was commercial feed as a control groups, P15= level MODF/commercial feed 15%, P30= level MODF/commercial feed 30 %, P45= level MODF/ commercial feed 45%, P60= level MODF/commercial feed 60%. Result obtained at first trial was reported describtively, while 2nd and 3nd trials were designed by completely randomized design ang followed by DMRT for the difference. The result of the study showed that fermented MOD increased crude fat and crude fiber content by 1.34 % and 0.6 %, than decreased crude protein, crude fiber, ammonia content by 0.18 % , 2.53% , 90 ppm. Feed consumption of acceptability fermented laying hens manure , laying hens manure added organic deodorant and fermented MOD increased 12.72% , 64.57%, and 78.52%. The results of the effect fermented EOD in the diet was negative (P<0,05) on the male ducks performance. The highest consumption was in P0 (5203.50 g), followed by P45% (5130.00 g), P30% (5002.75 g), P15% (4967.75 g), P0% (4856.75 g). The highest weight gain by P0 (649,80 g), followed by P15 (622.10 g), P30 (579.45 g), P45 (497.50 g), P60 (409.60 g). The higest Feed convertion was in P60 (12.71), followed by P45 (10.31), P30 (8.64), P15 (7.99), P0 (7.48). It could be concluded that applying 30% of MODF was the best one in IOFC of of 7-12 weeks male ducks.
