PENGARUH ORIENTASI SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH, KETERLIBATAN GURU DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN, DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DI SMK NEGERI 2 KEBUMEN

Peningkatan motivasi kerja guru dapat dilakukan melalui pemilihan orientasi supervisi yang tepat oleh kepala sekolah, pelibatan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan di sekolah serta penciptaan iklim organisasi sekolah yang kondusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji secara empiris adakah pengaruh orientasi supervisi kepala sekolah, keterlibatan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan serta iklim organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh (a) orientasi supervisi kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru; (b) keterlibatan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan di sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru (c) iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Kebumen. Pada penelitian diperoleh koefisien Adjusted R Squar sebesar 0,267. Adjusted R Squar sebesar 0,267 menginformasikan bahwa orientasi supervisi, keterlibatan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan dan iklim organisasi sekolah berperan sebesar 26,7% terhadap motivasi kerja guru, sedangkan 73,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Increased motivation of teachers can be done through the selection of the proper orientation of supervision by the principal, teacher involvement in school decision-making and the creation of a conducive schools organizational climate. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of orientation is there supervising principal, teacher involvement in decision-making and organizational climate on work motivation of teachers. The results obtained (a) the orientation of the principal supervision no significant effect on the motivation of teachers, (b) teachers' involvement in decision-making in schools significantly influence the motivation of teachers (c) organizational climate significantly influence the motivation of teachers in SMK Negeri 2 Kebumen. In the research the coefficient of 0.267 Adjusted R Squar. Adjusted R Squar of 0,267 informed that the orientation of supervision, teacher involvement in decision-making and school organizational climate contribute 26.7% of the teachers work motivation, while 73.3% is influenced by other variables not examined.
